The perfect stay in Rhodes
Pros: Absolutely everything. The villa itself is stunning, we are three couples (mum and dad, two adult children and their other halves) and the villa almost feels like three separate apartments which was perfect for privacy. The kitchen space was great for eating in on some evenings, the outdoor space is exactly as pictured, gorgeous. Although the old town is almost on the doorstep, the villa is perfect for a tranquil escape, feeling very calm and peaceful. The host could not have been more helpful and communicative. We arrived the day before Easter Sunday and so knew that buying food would be difficult, Yiannis did a food shop for us based on a list we shared in advance. We were so thankful for his kindness and assistance in booking dinner and taxi reservations for us, and also organising cleaners for convenient times. Also worth noting this is the only villa in the old town which has a pool! We loved Rhodes so much, if we were to return we’d definitely stay here!

Amazing
Pros: The villa is amazing, even better than the photos. The location is perfect and the villa is so well equipped. There was a fridge full of food and drink and the owners couldn't have been more helpful. If you can afford it then you must book it.

הכל היה מושלם!
Pros: הכל היה מושלם! היינו משפחה של 6 אנשים לתקופה של 7 לילות, יאניס הוא מארח מדהים, והוא כל כך נחמד ואדיב, היה זמין כל הזמן לכל שאלה ובקשה, הוא יצר קשר איתנו לפני ההגעה, ביקש לדעת מה אנחנו צריכים בוילה, מילא לנו את המקרר בכל טוב, ומהמטעמים המקומיים, שלח לנו צוות ניקיון מדהים באמצע השהות, הוילה מדהימה בדיוק כמו בתמונות ועוד יותר טוב, איזה מיקום!!!, מדהים, שתי דקות הליכה בלבד מהרחוב הכי מרכזי והכי תיירותי בעיר העתיקה, המתקנים מדהימים, בריכה, ג'אקוזי, חדר כושר, חצר ,מטבח, חדרים יפיפיים ..... חיכה לנו בכניסה לעיר העתיקה עם golf car שלקח אותנו עם המטען שלנו עד לוילה עצמה, לבקשתי הזמין לי הסעה משדה התעופה ועד לעיר העתיקה, לסיכום, יאניס הוא פשוט בן אדם מדהים עם וילה מדהימה בעיר עתיקה יפה ותיירותית מאוד, תמורה ראויה מאוד ומלאה למה שתשלמו עבור החופשה בוילה הזו! נהנינו כל כך מהחופשה הזו !!! תודה רבה יאניס, נכנסת לנו ללב! ❤️

Pros: Everything! Beautiful decor, spectacular outdoor space, great location. The Villa was fully stocked with a vast variety of food, wines, water, coffee….(not to mention toiletries, etc). We were amazed and spoiled. It truly was above and beyond in every way.

It was excellent, magical, and would definitely recommend.
Pros: There were 4 of us and we were blown away by the property. Very unique, serene, private and a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our host was the best. The kitchen was overstocked with all kinds of greek treats, fresh bread, cheeses. amazing. Yannis is the best.
Cons: We wish we could stay longer.

Liebevolle Gastgeber, traumhafte Stadtvilla mit Pool
Pros: Die Besitzer sind sehr liebevolle Menschen. Das Gepäck wurde mit dem Auto zur Villa in der Altstadt gefahren. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, sogar gekochtes Essen für uns und ein voller Kühlschrank nachdem wir wegen dem Waldbrand im Süden eine neue Unterkunft benötigt hatten. Die Villa mit Pool an dieser Lage ist unbeschreiblich! Es fehlt an nichts und wir würden sofort wieder kommen!
Cons: Nichts, alles war perfekt!

Top locatie, en een erg goede host
Pros: De locatie was super, alles was op loopafstand. Verder beviel de privacy erg goed. De host heeft zijn werk uitstekend gedaan, zelfs de koelkast was al gevuld bij aankomst.
