Great location, with amazing faculties.

Pros: Very central location where the city area is walkable. Great outdoor area with plenty of space to spread out. Everything you needed inside, and the owner was very responsive when we had a query.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a shelf in the shower area but this is really not a negative.

Pros: The house is simply amazing. It is very comfortable and beautiful. The best part is the garden - an oasis, where you can spend your mornings and evenings.The house is very clean, perfectly equipped with everything necessary. It is very well located, on a quiet street, but close to everything. The check-in was very easy. We had an amazing time and will be happy to visit it again!

Pros: The host was very polite, responsive and very helpful. The house was clean, spacious and had everything you need in terms of appliances, bathroom things. The beds, sofa as well as the patio furniture were very comfortable. Everything was amazing!!

I loved our stay at 30villa road as it was a haven of peace after the busyness of old Rhodes.

Pros: The property was spacious, well laid out and beautifully furnished. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the outside space with swing seat. And the property management staff were exceptional in their communication and assistance.

Cons: There was nothing we disliked!

Very clean and model house for family or small group

Pros: Host is very nice and only a message away. The house is model and clean with nice beds, good bathroom and kitchen. The garden is very relaxing. Location is walkable to town centre, port and old town.

Cons: Only thing is you have to walk 5 to 10 mins for restaurants but that is good for us to burn off all the extra calories.

Beautiful spacious home, excellent bed mattresses, relaxing manicured gardens-will be back!

Pros: The uniqueness of this property is the single level living and the relaxing outdoor garden. I travelled with older people and the ability to wonder outside and enjoy the garden as well as not have to deal with internal steps was advantageous. In addition, although the older people required taxi's for transport, the accommodation was close enough for the rest of the family to walk to Rhodes city, the Old town, bakery and supermarket.

Cons: It would be helpful if the shower handle could attach to the wall without need for holding the handle when showering.

Pros: A great property, plenty of room for the 6 adults in our party. Very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the tranquil outdoor space, lovely to relax in with a morning coffee. Host extremely helpful both during the booking process & subsequently.

Beautiful Oase in the City

Pros: It’s a great location with local bakery and supermarket nearby. It’s easy to explore sightseeing from the apartment by foot. The garden invites you to relax and everything is well maintained. The house is clean and equipped with everything necessary for a longer stay. We really wanted to stay longer and will come again.
