Pros: Private central old town location, modern amenities but property retained character. Huge outside space with upper sun terrace aswel as lower gardens and terrace with Jacuzzi. Great views at sunset.

Pros: The property was exceptional. It had all the amenities we needed, clean, tidy with fabulous outside space and right in the heart of the old town. Alkis was a fantastic host, great communication and provided lots of recommendations. Would thoroughly recommend.

Pros: Great house, great location and great host, for a very reasonable price. Hands down the best option in the area, I would definitely come back in a future trip to Rodi. The outside area with the jacuzzi is a great extra

Cons: The house is so big that it's almost too much for two people 😁 Other than that, we were just the second guests ever in the house so there were some minor things to fine tune, but the host was super responsive and the overall experience great

A perfect stay in the heart of Rhodes Old Town

Pros: We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house right in the heart of Rhodes Old Town. The location is unbeatable, everything is within walking distance, and you’re surrounded by amazing restaurants and charming streets. The house itself is fully equipped with all modern amenities. Every room has its own TV and individually controlled air conditioning, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal – perfect for anyone who loves to cook. One of our favorite parts was the courtyard, it’s absolutely stunning, with lovely plants and Greek touches everywhere. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sun, and unwind. The host was extremely thoughtful and communicative, always available and very patient with all our questions. We truly felt welcome. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Rhodes!

Pros: Magique... Judicieusement située dans la vieille ville, cette magnifique villa vous accueille avec respect et sincérité. Tout a été pensé pour rendre votre séjour serein, romantique tout en étant fonctionnel. L'équipement de la cuisine est complet. Il y a même une boîte à couture pour les imprévus ! Quant à la décoration, le charme, l'intimité, la terrasse... Grandioses. Dès que la porte se ferme, vous êtes à l abris du tumulte extérieur. Et pour couronner le tout, la gentillesse du propriétaire. Merci pour ce séjour.

Outstanding. A place to tour from then linger in comfort and have a conversation.

Pros: This is an outstanding property - even better than it appears in the photos. It is a place you can enjoy hanging out rather than just a place to sleep. Stylishly furnished, comprehensively equipped and practical. Super bathrooms. The garden and terrace are sublime. We ate out in the garden a couple of evenings using fans to keep us cool, cut herbs from the garden. A place for a conversation. Owned by a distinguished local family, Alkis is very attentive and very well intended. An unbeatable location in the Old town.
