San Francisco maisonette

Pros: Great location. Lovely spacious apartment. Particularly liked the roof terrace. Very helpful staff..allowed a later check out time

Cons: Need slightly clearer direction..either a sign outside saying San Francisco maisonette or door number

great place to stay with friends. good location for going out in the town.

Pros: the roof terrace was lovey. we spent a lot of time out there. the location was great.

Perfect villa if you are okay to walk 20 minutes to rhodes town

Pros: Newly built so very clean and extremely large villa for very good price. The balcony was hands down the best feature. It was also very easy to contact the host.

Cons: The only downside of the villa was that it was like 20 minutes to rhodes town, but the walk there was both beautiful and it felt safe. Everything else (gym, supermarket and restaurants), was close though.

Pros: Eine ganz tolle Wohnung. Zentrale Lage. Ein großes Lob an den Gastgeber.

A beautiful apartment with a fantastic location

Pros: This was the perfect apartment for our group of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the welcome food and wine was a wonderful touch. The location could not be better - less than a block from the entrance to the old city. The clothes washer was much appreciated as well. We enjoyed our time on the rooftop patio. Highly recommend!

Cons: This wasn’t a problem for our group but note that the apartment has lots of stairs - one level to enter and two more in the home. Probably not the best choice for someone with mobility issues.

Top verblijf!

Pros: Wij werden heel hartelijk verwelkomt door een van de mensen van het verblijf om alles uit te leggen. De villa had heel veel te bieden, zoals een barbeque en een balcon. 2 badkamers en 3 wc's was ook erg fijn om te hebben met een groep van 8 man. Daarnaast was de locatie top. Vlak naast een bushalte en dichtbij het oude stadje.

Pros: Het dakterras en de ligging; 5 min lopen van de oude stad.

We were more than pleased with our stay, and so were the kids, and highly recommend it for families

Pros: We rented San Francisco maisonette for a group of 8 (adolescents and adults). The apartment looks recently renovated, every piece of furniture and the walls are pristine, it was very clean. Towels, linen and even comsetics were provided. Every bedroom, the kitchen and living room had their own AC units, which is a blessing. Every bedroom and the livinroom had a TV set. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliences and even some cooking supplies, there was a large selection of complimentary goods like coffee, cookies, juices, seasonings, oil, vinegar, etc. Also, detergent was available for both the dish washer and the washing machine, which was an especially nice touch. For the purpose of our stay, this villa proved to be perfect with ample common spaces for spending time together, terrases for private conversations and a very comfy rooftop terrace for added charm.

Bellissimo

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso, due letti matrimoniali grandi, due singoli e uno a una piazza e mezza, e le stanze matrimoniali sono veramente grandi. Ci sono armadi e comodini. Tre bagni, aria condizionata in ogni locale, terrazza all'ultimo piano bellissima, dotato di molti elettrodomestici (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, bollitore acqua, macchinetta per caffè tedesco e con cialde, tostapane grande, friggitrice, televisore). WiFi. Ogni stanza ha un balcone, uno di quelli al piano rialzato ampio con tavolo e 4 sedie. Tutte le finestre con zanzariere nuove e scorrevoli. Stoviglie in abbondanza. La zona non è molto bella, ma si trova parcheggio davanti a casa molto facilmente ed è molto vicino alle porte per entrare nella old town e alla strada principale per uscire dalla città per andare verso la costa di Lindos o quella dell'aeroporto.

Cons: La stanza in mansarda è molto grande con una vasca a idromassaggio, il bagno attiguo ha una doccia bella grande, ma il lavandino è minuscolo e molto scomodo. C'è un aspirapolvere, ma mancava il tubo e il pezzo finale, quindi scomodo. Problemi con gli scarichi dei WC. Salire e scendere le scale dei tre piani può pesare a chi ha una certa età o difficoltà motorie.
