Lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay

Huge villa, fantastic location, superb outdoor spaces and a lovely host.
Pros: Location is fantastic. Huge amount of space, direct access to the beach, very private yet only a 5 minute drive to local village (Gennadi) with access to shops, bars, restaurants, bakery. Mojito beach bar is just a couple of hundred meters up the beach. The pool table indoors and the table tennis outdoors were great. The pool is large and very modern / luxury feel. Several outdoor seating areas to follow the sun or shade around all day depending on your preference. Host greeted us on arrival and was very friendly, helpful, quick to respond to all communication with the booking. The gardeners and the cleaners who visited were nice and friendly too. We even had wild deers visit the garden at night time which felt special, we were only sat 20 meters from them.
Cons: The beds / mattresses were uncomfortable (you can feel the springs inside bumping into your body) and the double beds a little on the small side for a hot country. (Unless you enjoy being squashed up tight.) They were also low to the ground so if you have weak knees or hips it’s a challenge getting up and down from them. For the size of rooms and to add a luxury feel a bigger bed and better mattress and pillows would be more appreciated. Air conditioning unit in the downstairs would also make that space more comfortable through the heat of the day.

Excellent! The optimum vacation
Pros: The location, 50 meters from the beach, the pool, the games, and the wide-open area. The host is super friendly and attentive

Perfekter Urlaub im perfekten Beach House
Pros: Alles war perfekt. Alleinlage ohne Nachbarn, Ruhe pur. Einsamer sauberer Strand gleich vor der Tür, großer privater Pool, geräumiges Haus mit Terrassen überall. Unkomplizierter Check-In, hilfreiche und nette Vermieterin jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung. Billard, Tischtennis, Gesellschaftsspiele, alles da. Besser geht schwer.
Cons: Keine Mülltrennung.

Pros: מיקום מעולה - דקה הליכה מחוף ים כמעט פרטי, פרטיות מוחלטת. בריכה מדהימה. מתקני הבית נהדרים - מטבח, חדרים, חדרי רחצה, שולחן ביליארד., פינת ברביקיו. מארחים נהדרים.
Cons: אין מזגן בחללים הציבוריים - מטבח, סלון, פינת אוכל. זה לא נורא כל כך אבל ביולי-אוגוסט זה קריטי. שווה להוסיף מאווררים. שולחן הפינג פונג היה שבור 😔

Beachfront villa where you’ll have 100% privacy!
Pros: Amazing holiday property, isolated, with 6 separate rooms on 3 levels, a lot of outdoor seating space (shaded and in the sun), clean and large pool. 30sec walk right to the beach where you’re on your own.
Cons: We loved the remoteness of the location, though note you’ll need a car to drive to the nearest village (10min) for restaurants and shopping.

Perfekt, wenn man es gerne für sich allein haben möchte. Werden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Pros: Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles sehr einfach. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super freundlich und immer sofort per WhattsApp möglich. Sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank Mariangela. Das Haus liegt in wunderschöner Alleinlage und hat einen sehr schönen Kiesstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sehr sauber. Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt und hat sehr viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten auf allen Seiten und Etagen des Hauses.
Cons: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, da die Holztüren keine Türdichtungen haben. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.
