Villa that offers you everthing you need to a relaxed vacation

Pros: This villa is equipped with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, comfortable bedrooms, and the most important a big terrace with with seaview. We enjoyed the comfort of this villa that is close to the sea and offers you all the comforts for a relaxed vacation.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Stylish Villa in Southern Rhodes

Pros: We spent 4 weeks at Villa Solmar and loved every bit of it. The house feels brand new, is spacious, stylish, functional and well equipped with pretty much everything you might need on holiday. The location is quiet and beautiful with a natural beach with crystal clear waters just a few minutes walking distance from the house. There's always a nice breeze which is great, as other places I stayed before at the north of the island were often too hot in the day. Starlink Wifi performed excellent - very important if you'll be working remotely like I was. Michalis is a brilliant host and has gone above and beyond, making sure we had a great time during our stay. We had an amazing time overall and can absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday in Rhodes.

Cons: A dishwasher would have been great but I am nitpicking now and must say that none of the other places we stayed in Rhodes before had it either.

Gorgeous ❤️❤️ a paradise next to the sea

Pros: Just 70 meters from the sea ! And the sunset after 20:00 The view from the yard was awesome . I also enjoy the living room with the big tv and the rooms ❤️ were big and comfortable You don’t need anything to worry about , this house has everything you need for . Even they predict every small detail . Can’t wait to come back ❤️❤️

Pros: Tvarkingas naujas namas su didele terasa. Pasirūpinta viskuo trumpam apsistojimui. Labai rūpestingas šeimininkas skubiai reaguojantis į Iškilusius nepatogumus.

Pros: Die Villa ist im Süd-Westen der Insel gelegen. Der Gang zum Strand dauert nur gut eine Minute. Die Villa ist sehr sauber! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Handtücher werden gestellt. Der Check-In war sehr einfach, man hat einen individuellen Türcode erhalten.

Cons: Eine Spülmaschine wäre noch genial, stattdessen gibt es eine Waschmaschine.

Una vista strepitosa.

Pros: Il concept di questa villa è fenomenale incluso la posizione rispetto alle altre abitazioni vicine, la vista dell'alba direttamente dal letto è sicuramente un plus così come la scelta di non avere la classica piscina da bagnomaria tipica delle abitazioni della zona così che non è stato tolto spazio allo spazio vitale esterno con il patio che è praticamente una stanza aggiunta dove fare colazione, l'aperitivo o prendere il sole. Per il bagno il mare è splendido ovunque nei dintorni. Le indicazioni per il luogo di Michail erano da guida turistica.

Cons: Da migliorare l'attaccatura della keybox alla porta che ci ha fatto un po' tremare.

Molto soddisfatti!

Pros: Villa Solmar n. 1! La casa è molto bella e nuova. Ha un portico fresco e confortevole che abbiamo usato spessissimo. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima. Una cosa per noi splendida è stata la spiaggia praticamente sotto casa. A due minuti a piedi, con accesso riservato.
