Perfect villa and location

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and well-maintained villa in Rhodes. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The owner was wonderful, very attentive, and made sure we enjoyed both the villa and the surrounding area to the fullest, offering us great recommendations. The villa is located in a fantastic spot for those who love authenticity. The nearby town has a great supermarket, greengrocer, bakery, and fantastic restaurants and cafés. Perfect beaches are just a 5-minute drive away. Highly recommended!

Pros: Loved everything about the villa, from the pool to the rooms it was absolutely amazing. The host was really caring and made sure me and my friends had an amazing stay. There's absolutely nothing I wouldn't change and I would come to Rhodes to stay here again.

Cons: there's nothing I didn't enjoy.

Pros: We rented three adjacent villas on the beach, the villas were very clean, each villa has a swimming pool, there is an excellent adjacent parking lot, the villas are equipped with everything you need, including kitchen utensils, towels, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large television and internet, nearby there is A nice town called Gennadi, with excellent restaurants at excellent prices, spectacular beaches, every morning we woke up to see an amazing sunrise, twenty minutes from the place there is the meeting between the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean Sea with an amazing beach.

Pros: Really nice vila, we got Villa #1, it was at the top of the property, the rooms are clean well equipped and the kitchen also very equipped.

Cons: there was a swage smell coming from the lower floor, 2 of the ACs stopped working during our stay, the host was good and send technician to replace it the following day, but then other ACs stopped working, so we were not really had AC in all the rooms all the time. The location is remote, if you looking to do things in Rhodes you will need to drive over an hour each way for most activities, if you want quiet and remote location, this location will do.

Pros: Good communication with the owner, very beautiful houses, great atmosphere

Pros: the Vila was Amazing!! everything we needed was there! the room was very comfortable. the kitchen included everything, and outside the pool and balcony was perfect!!

Pros: The place was amazing, especially the pool and the sea view. The villa was very clean and was very close to the beautiful beach. The rooms were big and convenient. Kyriakos was super nice and helpful! We had a wonderful time.

Duży dom w spokojnej okolicy.

Pros: Dom jest zlokalizowany w miejscu gdzie nie ma za dużo ludzi. Mieliśmy dom nr 3 przy ulicy i niestety ulicę dość mocno słychać. Z tego domu nie ma też widoku od razu na morze, tylko dopiero z piętra. Dom jest duży i ma podstawowe wyposażenie. Było czysto, dobrze działała klimatyzacja. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem.

Cons: Strefa basenowa - leżaki wymagają odświeżenia. Tylko 4 leżaki a dom jest na 12 osób. Brakuje też zacienienia, ponieważ wieje nie ma możliwości postawienia parasoli ale może jakiś żagiel zawieszony między domami? W domu brakuje trochę wyposażenia kuchni dla idealnego komfortu (więcej naczyń, ekspres na kapsułki, może mikser) oraz trochę brakuje półek w sypialniach. W łazienkach brakuje wieszaków na ręczniki. Nie byliśmy w stanie uruchomić żadnego sejfu.

Polecam jako baza wypadowa na Rodos!

Pros: Czystość! Widok na morze! I kontakt z gospodarzem!

Cons: Łazienki są wspólne na piętrach.
