Well equipped apartment in a nice area.

Pros: So very nice and well equipped apartment! It has a kitchenette, washing machine and TV with streaming service. The owner was so helpful with everything and he’s such a nice guy. When I told him that the bed was terribly hard for me he went and bought a thicker mattress for it! I would recommend Economisa apartments to anyone who would like to have a good stay in Ixia/Ialysos. Supermarket right across the street and walking distance to both Ixia and Ialysos. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach depending on which beach you want to visit. Near the road but still quiet.

Pros: The accommodation was extremely well equipped, and there was no extra charge for air conditioning. The host was super nice and helpful!

Cons: This is a subjective thing, but for me the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom had the classic Greek freestanding shower with a shower curtain, which made it impossible for me to bathe comfortably.

Pros: Lovely and very clean apartment. Nickolaus was more than helpful .! Very near the beach and a huge supermarket accross the Road. I was offered an apartment on the first floor if I did not want to walk to second floor. However the steps were no problem. Quiet area and close to Rhodes Town. Balcony to sit and lovely view,of Mountains. Water , wine tea bags and washing essentials all in the apartment, washing machine and Fridge and stove top to cook. I highly recommend

Pros: Clean and very nice , good location; supermarket cross street, beach on a walking distance , host was very polite and helpful. The cleaning lady was also very kind and helpul. We will come again.

A clean, spacious, and well-located apartment

Pros: Apartment perfect for a couple, spacious, clean, big wardrobe, big bathroom and everything you need. Washing machine tablet provided already and sponge and washing up liquid provided to wash dishes so you do not have to spend money and waste to use only a few times. Bath and beach towels provided for use while staying. Location is perfect, 15min walk into local town, supermarket opposite the apartment and bakery 5min walk away ( Karavolias ). Bus into rhodes town and airport comes every 10min outside the apartment too. Nikoloas & Maria are super helpful if you ever need anything. Thank you so much!

Cons: Hard to think of any! Apartment door could be renovated to minimise noise coming into the room from the hallway as we got woken up a few times from noise in the hallway and shower is a bit small and water pressure could be better (both cold and hot)

Pros: The property was exactly as shown in the photos — very well-equipped and clean. The location is fantastic, with the beach nearby, as well as supermarkets and restaurants within easy reach. It was peaceful at night, and the pools were close by. But the best part was definitely the staff and the provider, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable throughout our stay.

Cons: No such thing

Pros: The owner and his assistant are sooooo sweet, they even gifted us a whole bottle of wine on our last evening!!!! The flat was also so nice, you got everything you need! The supermarket is right in front of the apartment and the beach is like a 10 min walk away. There is a bus station near the apartment where you can go to Rhodes Town and also the airport. Bus prices are like 2-3€. We had the best time there!
