Secluded house & garden with heated pool

Pros: The secluded large garden with numerous shady spaces allowed us to relax and enjoy the amenities & the heated pool was a real bonus which we used daily. In addition, the quiet beach was only a stone throw away and we could also swim in the clear salty water. The villa was cool even without necessarily turning on the air-conditioning which ideally suited us. The house was well equipped with excellent WIFI and free Netflix. The location was great for exploring the South of the island by car and allowed us to walk to a number of very good local restaurants.

Cons: The indoor shower doors were difficult to close, but the outdoor shower was a spectacular replacement.

Fabulous villa

Pros: We loved everything! Fantastically well equipped villa in a lovely secluded (& secure-gated) garden (the photos don't do it justice!) Only 2 minutes walk to the nearest bar & 10 minutes walk along the seafront to a range of restaurants or the mini-mart & just a stones throw from the beach. Demetria welcomed us with a gift basket & gave us a thorough villa tour. It was great to have a system which gave the option of heating as well as air con as it was cool overnight in April. The pool was heated to 28 degrees so perfect for cooling down after sunbathing & was PH checked & cleaned on the Friday. We loved the outdoor shower, which got more use than the indoor bathrooms! Villa owners were a phone call away if we needed anything. Demetria has thought of everything from pool towels, to extra blankets & provided all the kitchen essentials like washing machine & dishwasher tablets...even a Mossie zapper for the odd pesky Mossie...

Cons: Having to leave...

Pros: The villa is lovely, clean, cool and well equipped. What is even better is the quiet location. The garden is so beautiful and enclosed, the pool is lovely and the beach just a minute away. There is a greek restaurant about 5 mins walk away. There is a small supermarket less that 5 mins drive away. In Gennadi there is another small supermarket with a bakery next door. It does fresh bread, cakes and ice creams.

Excellent stay, kind hosts, would book again.

Pros: Our own pool, lovely big gardens, excellent host, they really had thought of everything.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Pros: Location and facilities were amazing. The host, Vangelis, is super attentive and makes sure you feel important. Holidaying at this villa is proper leisure and proper luxury. High standard of appliances and decor makes it feel really special. Garden is amazing and the pool is just perfect. AC super efficient and very quiet, and separate for all the rooms! Try to make friends with the local cats, they're really cool characters. We will be back, 100%. Best out of all our 3 trips to Kiotari so far!

An amazing Villa. Highly recommend.

Pros: Location for us was perfect as not in a built up area so very peaceful. Restaurants, beach, bars and supermarket nearby all walkable. Recommend Vayia Restaurant nearby. Villa was decorated to a high standard with high quality appliances in kitchen including dishwasher and oven/hob. BIG fridge and freezer. Air conditioning was excellent. Pool was bigger than expected. Beds were very comfortable. We all absolutely loved our holiday and Vangelis was very helpful.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but if asked to improve it would be indoor showers. As not fixed onto wall properly and not powerful. More handheld. We all used the outside shower which was amazing. Also pool table was a bit temperamental with the euros and a bit uneven.

Pros: Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft, welche alle benötigten Ausstattungen bereitgestellt hat. Die Gegend war perfekt zum entspannen und falls man etwas Unternehmen möchte muss man nicht weit fahren.

Aksam cocuklarla bahcede yildizlari izlemek cok keyifliydi. evin konumu sakin bir bolgede olsa da gennadi koyunun merkezine cok yakindi ve hemen hemen her aradiginizi buralardan bulabilirsiniz kisacasi biz cok sevdik🤩

Settimana molto piacevole all’insegna del mare, relax e ovviamente piscina di cui abbiamo potuto godere tutti i giorni,

Pros: Struttura molto ampia e curata. Spazi aperti comodi (molto utile la doccia esterna vicino alla piscina). Giardino ampio e costantemente curato da un robottino simpaticissimo (lo abbiamo chiamato Willie) e silenzioso. Ampio tavolo esterno sotto il portico con accesso comodo dalla cucina. La cucina è completa di tutto. I bagni sono due, di cui uno molto ampio e dotato di lavatrice. Molto gradita la bottiglia di vino locale come benvenuto e le marmellate/nutella/cialde caffè. La villa è fronte spiaggia (basta attraversare la strada) ma allo stesso tempo appartata - non ci sono altre strutture nelle immediate vicinanze. A pochi minuti di macchina (o anche a piedi) ci sono ristoranti ecc. Consigliatissima sia per coppie di amici (ci sono tre camere) sia per famiglie. L’host è stata gentilissima nello spiegarci tutto quello che c’era da sapere e molto pronta ad esaudire le richieste fatte.
