Pros: The hotel and the facilities were clean, the stuff was friendly, food options was good, all inclusive is very suitable for vacation with children.

Cons: The main disadvantage is the wifi wich disconnects very often. Another issue which can be better is room with games for children, we were very missing children's play room

Pros: The organisation and regular routine of the staff. They irk tirelessly and with such good heart for their guests. I cannot fault a single one of them.

Cons: For us the hotel was predominantly for young families. Everything is run for young children. Pool area was deficient of lounger mattresses and could have benefitted from waiter drinks service.

Exceptional - Amazing Family Atmosphere!

Pros: The hotel truly feels like a big family, with the friendliness and kindness of the staff coming naturally from everyone. The atmosphere is just amazing! We traveled with a small baby, and it was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is very child-friendly, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, clean, and modern. We were even upgraded to a sea view with two adjoining rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable! The restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty food, and it really feels like home-cooked meals. Plus, throughout the day, you can enjoy snacks by the pool, freshly made crepes, gyros, and even a late dinner. One thing that stood out is that the restaurant is always well-stocked, even towards the end of meal times, which is rare! The hotel has its own private beach down a cliff, with a restaurant and bar right there. The lagoon and the water are just stunning. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, very good food. Everything what you need for lazy days :D Best 4 stars hotel in Greece which we had chosen in 5years period. If small improvements will be made with water (strange taste) and some corners renovation , it could be a 5 star hotel.

It was amazing, beautiful, totally luxurious.

Pros: This hotel was amazing, incredibly beautiful, modern and well-equipped with amazing food and alltogether with 4 restaurants. The staff was really kind, helpful and friendly, we were amazed and will go back for sure.

Cons: Sometimes I had to wait in line to go to the restaurant. Ыometimes there are not enough sunbeds on the beach.

Pros: The animation team pink wavers are the best! The cute gifts from hotel when we leave the hotel. The beach is clean, there is snack bar and drink bar. Very kind personal.
