Kiotari Akti Beachfront Villas

Beautiful part of Rhodes lovely village of gennadi nearby worth a visit.

Pros: Nice location with lovely sea view. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Lovely helpful hosts.

Cons: Some new buildings being constructed in front of the villas but even when completed there will still be a good amount of sea view.

Perfect villa, super clean, fully equipped, with the beach and sea just a few steps away.

Pros: Amazing villa with a super clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. The whole place was spotless. We’ll definitely come back!

Pros: Location, space, style, setting … short walk to idyllic beach with clear waters and several bars / tavernas / restaurants … wonderful. Wouldn’t hesitate to return …

Cons: Nothing really, as it is a fabulous property that creates a really chilled out vibe, but to be really objective; * ⁠could do with some ambient / mood lighting in living space and bathrooms * ⁠no toaster or microwave, would be helpful (especially a toaster) * ⁠would have been good to know in advance that 3 villas are under construction very close by, the disturbance was NOT material for us, some days none at all (or at worst 0800-1400 and non invasive / structural), and it did not detract from our stay, but maybe others would feel differently

Small modern villa in a quiet part of Rhodes

Pros: Kiotari is a quiet and small in a low key part of Rhodes, with a cool beach club only a few minutes away. Gennadi village is close too with a couple of shops, bars and restaurants. Property is modern and clean with a nice pool.

Cons: Top floor A/C was noisy, an outdoor table would be a good addition.

A perfect family holiday

Pros: Lovely villa - great pool. Local restaurants are great. Sleepy, quiet area. Perfect holiday.

Cons: Some minor building works taking place on a couple of occasions. Seem to be constructing new buildings between the villa and the sea, which is a shame. Hope the view isn’t spoiled as a result.

Beautiful Villa!

Pros: Beautiful villa! We had an amazing time staying at Kiotari Akti Villas. There is so much outdoor space and the pool is a good size. The villa has everything you need for your stay - we loved having a BBQ too! The location is peaceful and has lots of nice tavernas and a supermarket close by. We would 100% recommend staying here!

Pros: So impressed! Beautiful villa with spectacular views, lots of taverns walking distance. Can’t recommend this villa enough. So clean, tastefully decorated and has everything you need, even a few cold beers in the fridge.

Pros: everything was perfect, could not have wished for a mor relaxing place. we had everything we needed, the beds were comfy the pool overlooking the sea was amazing. communication with Yiannis was friendly and always at hand if needed..thankyou, we will be back.
