Pros: The property was exceptionally clean with swimming pool cleaned daily and property cleaned after three days including change of towels and bed linen. The view from the property was spectacular and it was located two minutes from shops restaurants and bars. The beach was less than five minutes walk although with the fabulous pool you did not need to go there other than for a leisurely walk. There was an excellent bus service just five minutes away to take you to Lindos, Rhodes and other lovely places. A number of bars and restaurants had music ensuring an entertaining night life.

Perfect

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Donna was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The villa itself was very clean, with rooms and the pool regularly maintained. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome drinks—it was such a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Superb villas, the private pool and sea view are fabulous. Go there if you can!

Pros: Gennadi Gems villas is a complex of small villas, each with its own private pool. There are only a few villas in the complex, which has been designed with privacy in mind. Each villas has a sea view from its private sun terrace or balcony. These villas are brand new and superbly finished. The combination of thoughtful design, clever layout and very high quality finish is impressive. We booked at the last minute and got a great rate. Donna, who manages the villas, was friendly, helpful and welcoming and gave us some great local recommendations.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, these are terrific little villas.

Wonderful villa and host.

Pros: Loved everything about the villa. Donna was prompt, friendly and professional when answering messages and was there to welcome us on arrival. The villa was exceptional, as was the cleaning of both the villa and the pool. The villa was in an excellent location and the village is amazing. We couldn’t have wanted more from Donna or the villa.

Cons: If we’re being picky we would have liked a toaster and an Nespresso machine!

Perfect relaxing holiday

Pros: Everything was excellent, as was the villa manager Donna who made us feel very welcome, helped us with everything, showed us around the place and was always here if we needed anything. The villa is absolutely spotless with everything you could need. Based in a beautiful location near enough to restaurants and bars but also far enough away for a relaxing atmosphere. Checkout time was 11am and Donna made it possible for us to use a nearby pool to store our cases and to use their amenities if needed which was a really nice touch. We will 100% be booking again.

Cons: Nothing at all, it was perfect in every way!

Pros: Great location, close to the village and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely villa, everything you need for a holiday. Host Donna was fab, stocking the fridge was a great touch. Will definitely be back.

Gems Villa, aptly named!

Pros: The villa, the staff, and the location were perfect. A new group of villas located close to all the essentials, shops, bars, restaurants and a beach. Can't have wished for more.

Cons: There was nothing not to like, can't fault it.
