Villa Oriens

We had a lovely holiday and all agreed it would be great to come back.

Pros: Close to village no need for a car. Lovely short walk in. Pool was a good size for our party of six. Fabulous view over the sea Well equipped

Cons: No scissors! No late checkout even though we’d asked if it was possible from just before we arrived and practically every day we were there. No answer until two days before we left which meant a scramble to arrange our last day, especially as our flight out was at 23:55!

Pros: Location, 5min walk into the town of Gennadi. Decor very relaxing Very comfortable beds You've thought of everything that's needed in the kitchen, i.e., toaster,panini machine, both types of coffee machine, the list is endless. Pool cleaned every day. Pool towels provided. Cleaning services, very clean villa, towels changed x3 during our stay. All Smart tvs where you can log into your own accounts ... just don't forget to sign out before you leave.

Cons: I can't say there is anything l didn't like, but below are a few tips that would improve it very slightly. The pool steps need a railing to safely step into the pool. I had difficulty as l have mobility issues. The glass around the pool needs a good clean as you can't see through it. Work vans using land in front of pool area to park.

One of the best Greek holidays we have ever had and will certainly be returning to this spectacular villa.

Pros: Excellent location, we loved Gennadi village. It’s a typical Greek village with friendly locals. There’s a fantastic bakery. Lots of restaurants with great value for money food. Villa was a modern and well furnished, there are spacious rooms. Very clean. The very friendly pool man came everyday to clean the pool. Quiet area. The sea view is fantastic to wake up every morning with the sunrise was a welcome bonus.

Cons: Would have liked a safety deposit box. This was stated as available on the property description.

Gennadi.... Villa Oriens

Pros: Our 4th visit to Gennadi and this villa was the Perfect pick so much so we've booked again for next year. Villa Oriens is beautiful and has everything you would ever need. Shout out to our pool guy, Andraus, he is a pleasure and our meet and greet Maria who was available for anything.

Cons: Bit of building work going on in the area but that's what progression does so a bit of noise and dust but it didn't detract from our stay.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Rhodes

Pros: Beautiful villa close to the centre of Gennadi. Very clean , well equipped & has very attractive decor. Nice pool area with comfortable seating. Beds very comfortable.

Sehr erholsam, ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage in einem noch nicht so überfüllten Ort

Pros: Moderne Einrichtung, Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Pool, Aussengrill und drei Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Matratzen und fussläufig(3min) Bäcker, Obst, Gemüse Lebensmittel und Restaurants. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt.

Cons: Der Wasserkocher hat getropft, war aber nicht dramatisch. Die Toilette im Flur unten hat dauerhaft Wasser gespült, nicht besonders viel. Im Rahmen von Ressourcen schonen sollte das aber behoben werden.

Ein bestens erholsamer Urlaub weg von den großen Touristenzentren

Pros: sehr ruhige Lage mit wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer, Gennadi ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar

Cons: die Villa ist zwar - für griechische Verhältnisse - top ausgestattet aber leider fehlten die Putzmöglichkeiten ( Besen, Putzkübel ). Schade ist auch dass in den 12 Tagen kein Bettwäschewechsel durchgeführt werden konnte. Der schöne Pool könnte zwei bis drei Grad wärmer sein
