Pros: Prime location and very comfortable accommodation for a large family. Bery kind and reachable host.

Cons: The whole furniture, kitchen, bathroom air conditioning needs an instant refurbishing . The owner must understand that time to time one has to invest in the things that deteriorate because of the normal use and time. It wouldn’t necessarily keep us from coming back next year, however if there will not be any changes in that area, the time after that, with a heavy heart we would go elsewhere…

Pros: It's was right next to the beach and the beach was clean! It was accessible by Kiotari train every hour..

Pros: Molto bella la casa. Attraversi la strada e ti trovi un'immensa distesa di spiaggia super silenziosa con un mare meraviglioso. Per una vacanza rilassante il TOP!!!

Cons: Mi è piaciuto tutto!! Se devo proprio trovare una pecca. Consiglierei come hanno fatto i proprietari della casa a fianco di mettere due ombrelloni con 6 lettini nella meravigliosa spiaggia davanti alla casa...Con il sole è il caldo di agosto senza ombrellone è durissima

Relax e mare

Pros: Posizione meravigliosa di fronte al mare. Casa spaziosa.dislocata però su più piani con 3 camere da letto , 2 bagni completi anche se uno un po' piccolo e bagno di servizio giù. Cucina completa anche di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Siamo stati bene

Cons: Un po' di manutenzione in più, renderebbe la casa ancora più accogliente.

Excellent villa and would stay again!

Pros: Front beach location, multiple restaurants are walking distance. Supermarket is super close as well. Each room has its own air conditioner, however it’s breezy at night time that you may not even need to run the air even during hot days with heat warning. Natasha is a great hostess. She is proactive and on point with directions and always available. The beach has couple businesses where you can rent chairs and umbrella, they also have inflatable aqua park for all! I’d absolutely visit this villa!

Nautisime oma puhkust villas. Meie jaoks oli asukoht ja villa piisav privaatsus super. Meri lähedal.

Pros: Villa asub saare vaiksemas piirkonnas. Meri kohe üle tee. Elementaarsed mugavused olemas. Villa õues mullivann. Auto on kindlasti vajalik.

Cons: Villasse saabumisel oli väike pettumus kuna terrass ja õueala ei olnud puhtad. Terrassimööbel ilma katete/patjadeta. Ämblikuvõrgud akende äärtes. Aknad, ukseklaasid mustad ( *naabri õues koerad kassid; kassid pidevalt ka meie villa territooriumil (eriti kui terrassil süüa). Kasside ja koerte bioloogiliste vajaduste rahuldamise tagajärjel tekkinud lõhn häiris . Kohanesime. Köögis tundsime puudust teravast noast või koorimisnoast. Kohvikruusid mõrased, pann oleks vaja välja vahetada.

Pros: Velmi hezké a pohodlné ubytování. K moři je to jenom kousek přes cestu. Vířivka je na večerní relax úplně super.

Idyllique mais trop court !!

Pros: L'emplacement !! Kiotari est calme et tranquille, la plage et la mer exceptionnelles. La villa est fleurie et très bien équipée. La douche à l'extérieur est très appréciable au retour de la plage. Les lits sont confortables, les sanitaires suffisants et propres. La vaisselle est très propre et nombreuse.

Cons: Le chien des voisins !!! À chaque fois que nous étions à table, il aboyait. Ce n'est pas grave et surtout pas de la faute de notre hôtesse mais c'est pénible. Il faudrait réparer la porte de la salle de bain du 2è étage qui ne ferme pas du tout, ajouter une prise de courant par chambre ainsi que des lampes de chevet et réparer la clim de la chambre (2è étage droite) qui est défaillante. Nous n'avions pas de coussinage sur les fauteuils et canapés de jardin à l'extérieur donc nous n'en n'avons pas profité et c'est dommage. Enfin, ajouter des transats et parasols sur la plage face à la villa serait un vrai plus.
