The Blue Leaf Family Villa

Wonderful stay at Nikos’ house!

Pros: This is a very nice house, perfectly suitable for 9 people. Everything was clean and well-prepared. It’s equipped with everything you might need. The garden is lovely, and the pool is great — it was cleaned by the owner every few days. There’s also parking space for 3 cars at the front of the yard. The owner was very kind and helpful, giving us clear instructions for both check-in and check-out. When we arrived, there were plenty of food and drinks waiting for us, which was a really nice touch. The village is close by, with lots of great tavernas, shops, and even a few bars. There was also a mother cat with her kittens in the yard, and we fed them some kibble every morning — it added a nice, cozy feeling to the place. We had a wonderful time at Nikos’ house. Thank you!

Perfect late summer holidays

Pros: We had everything we needed, full fridge upon arrival was nice surprise. Well equipped kitchen, A/C in every bedroom (wasn‘t needed in october), nice pool area, plenty of parking space (3-4 cars). The weather in october was perfect and the sea still very warm (26C)

Cons: The house is directly at busy road, if you want to sleep with open windows, you will hear the cars. The beach in walking distance was not so good for kids, but we knew that and were driving to other beaches every day.

The villa is truly spacious and comfortable, and the location is just great.

Pros: The owner met us at the villa, showed us around and handed us the keys. We came extremely late at night and the owner made sure that we did not go to bed hungry and thirsty - we found a lot of food and drinks in the fridge together with bread and complimentary local wine. The villa is situated close to Gennadi which is a nice village with incredibly good shops and tavernas. The clean and mostly empty beach is just over the road. There is also a nice pool in the villa to chill out all day long. The villa's location is secluded but not isolated; it is close to Gennadi - just 15-20 minutes on foot. It is also a 20-minute drive to Lindos - the nearest lively town.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Pros: The villa was stunning. Spotless. The 10m pool was perfect for our needs. Plenty of outdoor space and seating/sun loungers. Communication with Nicos was first class and couldn't be more helpful. His father came 3 times in our 2 weeks to clean the pool. Always gave us notice of his arrival. A fantastic welcome pack awaited us plus the house was stocked with many essentials which we replaced as necessary. The villa was a 15 min walk to the lovely village of Gennadi however the road was fairly busy.. A car, while not essential as it was on a bus route, it was handy for shopping and otherwise exploring Genaddi, while small, had everything you needed with great restaurants and bars and a fabulous bakery come cafe, that served the best coffee, ever, and great array of cakes and pastries. I would return in a heartbeat.

Cons: We had 2/3 days of unseasonal cloud and showers. Unfortunately, the hot water is solar powered so we had lukewarm showers those days. Otherwise the water was boiling and plentiful

Pros: Lokalita byla klidná,perfektní byl bazen,pláž oblázková-nutná obuv.Na místní pláži jsme byly skoro sami.Městečko Gennedi je vynikající řeckou atmosférou.Ubytování vynikající.

Cons: Nic se nedá vytknout.

Pros: Дуже комфортна віла. Гарне співвідношення якість-ціна. Турботливий та чемний власник - завжди на зв'язку та готов допомогти. Приємно здивував заповнений продуктами холодильник при заселенні. Пляж поруч і безлюдний. Парковка, інтернет, басейн,, мангал - можно відпочивати не виходячи з віли, але то вже кому як подобається. Дуже дякую за гостинність

Très bon séjour

Pros: Nikos est très accueillant ( renseignements, cadeaux de bienvenue, disponibilité pour question) et la maison très agréable et fonctionnelle.

Pros: Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles lief total unkompliziert, der Kontakt zu unserem lieben Gastgeber war jederzeit gegeben. Für uns wurden viele leckere Dinge in die Villa gelegt. Es fehlte uns den gesamten Aufenthalt über an nichts. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt. Der Garten und Pool sind traumhaft, die ganze Villa fantastisch. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder und können dieses Fleckchen wärmstens empfehlen.
