Fabulous villa in a lovely village

Pros: Lovely property, pool area was lovely and house was exactly as it shows in the photos. Easy 2 min drive into the village and 5 mins to the beach and a huge supermarket. Loads of restaurants with a few minutes. Fabulous house and a really lovely owner that was really helpful and kind.

Cons: Nothing it was great. If I had to say something I’d say a couple more smaller pans would be handy and take mosquito spray but that’s all islands in the middle of summer.

Excellent villa for a family holiday!

Pros: This villa is perfect for a family holiday on Rhodes. We were six adults and a toddler. The villa is very high spec with everything that you would need, spacious kitchen/lounge and dining area, lots of outside space and a great pool area. Kostas was a really fantastic host, extremely responsive, greeted us at the property on arrival and answered all our queries. The location is great, Koskinou is a lovely village with a few great tavernas. You are in easy reach of Rhodes town. We couldn’t recommend this villa more - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful family holiday

Pros: We have been booking villas in Europe for many years and our host was definitely the best we have ever had. He was on hand to deal with any queries and always helped us with taxis, takeaways and outings. The villa was very well equipped and well situated within an easy drive (taxi or car) to Rhodes itself. The local village was a 5 minute walk with a couple of local shops and restaurants. The local beach was only a 5 minute drive and had a very nice beach bar and amenities including pedallos and donuts. There were a few other beaches within a short distance. On the whole we had a wonderful holiday.

Pros: We have had a weeks stay at Dias Luxury Villa and it has been truly wonderful, the villa has everything you could ask for and more! The interior is stylish and practical, exceptionally clean and super spacious. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms very spacious. The outdoor area is well maintained, a very large and stylish space, perfect for lounging by the pool or on the outside furniture. The location of the villa is spot on, not far from Rhodes Town or Falaraki by car and the villa it's self is in the most beautiful village of Koskinou with quaint authentic winding walkways with amazing tavernas just a short 10-15 minute walk away. Kostas the host has been extremely welcoming, helpful and made the holiday run effortlessly smoothly. Thank you so much Kostas, the villa is a credit to you!
