A clean, comfortable apartment located in the tourist area.

Pros: It’s a spacious, well-located apartment that is clean and comfortable. It’s right in the middle of the tourist area, which is perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. If you prefer to avoid crowds, keep this in mind.

Great place to spend holidays and vacation

Pros: The excellent location: 3 min from the beaches, a nice sea view from the balcony, Very close to the main street with amounts of restaurants, bars and supermarkets but there is quiet place at nights

Pros: The property was immaculate! Lovely little balcony overlooking the sea and ice cream shop. The owner is also very accommodating and friendly! Really is in the epicentre of everything you could need - shops, ATM’s, the beach, bars and restaurants. Ixia beach is a 3 minute walk, it’s €10 a day for a sunbed. Our favourite meal was at Sirtaki - do not miss! The gyros are to die for! Lots of cats everywhere - I love them! Honestly such a little sweet spot! We hired a car and never had issues parking outside the apartment. Totally recommend!

This accomodation saved our holiday in Rhodes

Pros: We ran away from another bad accomodation in Ialyssos just after one night. When I found that there was an apartment available at Blue Eyes I bought him immediately. The owner Sotiris is really a nice owner and a lovely person. I was really nice to met him around in the building and having contact by phone. The apartment was really comfortable with two different rooms and a small kitchen. Just what we wanted.

Cons: Ok, this is not a bad feedback about the position, because you are in the middle of the city/sea life of Ixia, but for us was not ideal due to so much restaurants, bars and markets around. You can close the windows and you will not listen any noise or smells from the restaurant kitchens. So at the end it was ok. With a car we always found a parking place just out of the building, but consider that maybe in high season can be difficult.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, always on hand if you need anything. Great location for getting out and about. Clean apartment, comfortable and has everything you need if you want to cook in. There are some wonderful restaurants nearby.

Great apartment, value for money. Great host. Lovely beaches. Everything within walking distance.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, close to the beach and shops and tavernas. Some beautiful food in the tavernas. Sotiris was so helpful and kind. Made our stay so smooth and comfortable. The sea is so blue, warm and lovely waves.

Cons: The property was perfect, the area is more touristy than we would usually go for, some of the beaches have sun beds for the hotels, so have to check prices, range from 5 to 10 euro per day.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The stuff are fast to respond

Great balcony with the sea view

Pros: The location is pretty loud but the sea view is worth it. I loved the big balcony and the comfy rooms.

Cons: The cleanliness can be better
