An amazing experience

Pros: We stayed at Villa Leyland for 6 nights and had an amazing experience. The view is absolutely incredible, and the communication with our host, Maria, was outstanding—she responded quickly to every question and always provided helpful extra information. We received a very warm welcome from her family when we arrived, which immediately made us feel at home. The house was perfect for our group: clean bathrooms and bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, and well-functioning air conditioning. The outdoor area was a highlight as well, with a spacious garden and a beautiful pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. We truly loved our stay and highly recommend Villa Leyland to anyone visiting Faliraki!

Amazing holiday in beautiful surroundings ❤️

Pros: Beautiful, spacious, very private villa. Fantastic large garden and pool area with elevated views across Faliraki and out to sea. Host Maria was very quick to answer any questions during our stay and provided kitchen and bathroom products so you can start your holiday straight away without having to rush to the supermarket.

Cons: Nothing! It’s on a hill but that helped us to work off our dinner! And the views from the villa were fantastic.

Great place for a group very private, lovely pool and views

Pros: The villa is lovely we went in June with our two sons and their girlfriends. It’s very private with just one neighbour who didn’t seem to be there much. Views are beautiful and just as on website. All bedrooms were a good size and all exceptionally clean. It is a good walk to Faliraki around 20 mins downhill (when we went out for a drink we got cabs back as too steep coming back up the hill for me in the heat) Maria was very helpful and organised a cab for us one day she gives out her mobile and responds quickly. We loved our cat visitors 😁

Cons: A lot of ants found their way in the kitchen, but that’s just nature, just had to remember not to leave any food out of the fridge. Also as other have said the equipment in kitchen was scarce not that we did much cooking but could have done with more equipment.

Pros: Maria and her father were so pleasant to us all as well as being helpful with information regarding near by shops and so on. The rooms were all decent sizes and the air con worked a treat. it was the prefect location as you was far enough away from the night life to where it was quite and peaceful but close enough for it to be a 10 minute cab or a 30-40 minute walk. As you’re up a hill the views are amazing and the garden is huge. Would recommend to anyone big group of people as if you split the price amongst yourselves it works out reasonable for an absolutely stunning villa.

Definitely recommend to stay there and probably will return

Pros: The vila was amazing for group of 8 ppl. At first Maria let us do an early check in cause our flight departure early in the morning and same way for late checkout. The facilities were exactly in the photos and even better. Pool was cleaned twice during our 4 night stay. The view is gorgeous to Faliraki beach and with a car it’s just a 4 min drive. Also not far from the old city (20 min drive) .

Pros: The view was amazing. The house is more beautiful than its pictures. We were two families, a total of 8 people. The house was very comfortable.

Significantly exceeded expectations, would definitely book again.

Pros: Everything to do with the villa including the view, rooms and outdoor space far exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and value-for-money. The location was also great as it was a short taxi ride from the airport; only a quick walk into the main area of Faliraki and was other places like Rhodes old town were easily and cheaply accessible by bus and also taxi. Additionally, the host Maria's service was exemplary. My flight came in later than a lot of my friends and she voluntarily booked me a flight from the airport. Also, my flight on my own back was delayed considerably and she allowed me to have some more time in the villa and even dropped me into Rhodes old town for the day to save me any hassle of getting the bus. Overall, the facilities, location and service was outstanding.

Cons: Ter voet wel ver als je naar het centrum wilt.

Pros: Es ist eine Wunderschöne Villa,uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist etwas auf dem Berg und abseits.Daher empfehlen wir etwas fahrbahres zu mieten. Lebensmittelgeschäfte ca.20 bis 25min zu Fuss. Der Strand und Faliraki Center zu Fuss ca.30min Bushaltestelle 10min nach unten laufen. Die Aussicht Traumhaft. Sehr viel Platz. Privatsphäre Top. Besuch von den süssen Kätzchen. Die Hilsbereitschaft von Maria und ihrer Familie einfach super.Danke dafür. Wer etwas Unternehmen will es gibt überall Autos,Roller,Motorad etc.zum Mieten und natürlich den Bus, sehr Preiswert. 100%Empfehlenswert.

Cons: Alles war Perfekt für uns.
