Sia Mare Residence is an exceptional Villa spacious well appointed and supremely comfortable

Pros: Perfect location close to the beach / Restaurants / Bars but Quiet enough to be Totally Relaxing. Met on Arrival By the Family Owners and couldn't be more Welcoming and helpful hope to be back soon!

beautiful big villa, perfect for birthday celebrations with family and friends.

Pros: the Villa was so big and spacious. gorgeous big bedrooms each with own bathroom. the outdoor space is just as big with plenty of room to entertain for dinner and relax by the pool. very close to the Centre of Faliraki and restaurants. Evi and her family was so kind and helpful - booking transfers and recommending restaurants. highly recommend staying here.

Perfekter Ort zum Erholen - top Villa mit allem was man benötigt - es fehlt an nicht - gerne wieder

Pros: Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe ein sehr guter Service. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer für usn da bei Fragen zu Restaurants, Ausflügen, etc.. Die Bilder können die Größe und Ausstattung nur ansatzweise darstellen - es war atemberaubend und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt um in 20 min vom Flughafen anzukommen, um in 20 min nach Rhodos-Stadt zu fahren oder nach Süden um die Insel kennenzulernen. Fußläufig in weniger als 5 min sind Restaurants und Geschäfte erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es ist eine absolut ruhige Lage, keine Lärm störte uns am Pool.
