Modern, welcoming and comfortable!
Pros: We recently stayed here as a group of 5. The villa is very modern and recently finished. It was clean and tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners, Smaragdi and Yiannis were brilliant from start to finish - very welcoming, provided a taxi service at times when we arrived until we found our feet, and even hosted us in their pub as we were early. Thank you again! It was a lovely welcome. They were also very quick to respond to any questions / issues we had. 10/10 so thank you! It is rare to find a host as attentive.
Cons: It is a little far from Faliraki / the Bay area and is up a mountain, but this is in the description so should be taken account of when booking. Don’t let this put you off though, a taxi ride is only 5 minutes and very reasonable in terms of price. The villa and the view is worth the distance!

Probably the best Villa stay we have had pretty much anywhere!
Pros: Where to start, everything about the Villa was perfect I have never stayed in a villa that had that many additional little touches that where thought about by our excellent hosts that made it a real home from home. The pool was great and constantly cleaned, the accommodation was new, clean and comfortable finished to a high standard. We stayed for 11 nights and could have stayed another 100 we will definitely be back. And a final word on our hosts, Smaragadi and Yiannis we have never been made to feel more welcome and they had great insight into what we should do and where we should go. This is Holiday villas done right!
Cons: I genuinely couldn't find anything I would fault.

Optimal für Familien
Pros: Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Das Haus ist neu mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und kümmert sich schnell, wenn es ein Problem gibt.

Voortreffelijk! Ja
Pros: De ligging, het gastvrije ontvangst met een heerlijke taart. De eigenaar heeft een deel van onze groep opgehaald in het dorp toen er een onweersbui uitbrak, dat hebben we zeer gewaardeerd. Ook heeft hij voor ons de bbq compleet klaargezet zodat hem alleen maar aan hoefde te steken!
Cons: De ‘derde badkamer’ is geen badkamer, maar een toilet, we hadden wel op een derde badkamer gerekend, aangezien dit in de beschrijving stond.

Einfach nur sehr schön.
Pros: Schon vor der Anreise hatte ich mit der sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin auf Booking.com Konakt. Sie fragte gleich nach, wann wir landen werden und wann wir dann in der Villa sind. Mit dem Flughafentransfer an der Villa angekommen, konnten wir gleich unser Gepäck dort lagern und wurden (weil die Reinigungskräfte noch bei der Arbeit waren) vom Gastgeber in sein naheliegendes Lokal gebracht und bekamen eine Runde Bier aufs Haus. Die Gastgeberin und auch der Gastgeber waren zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so brachten auch am ersten Tag unsere Einkäufe in die Villa. Cons: Die Lage der Villa ist etwas abseits vom Strand (Partystraße Faliraki) auf einem Hügel, jedoch sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Mit einem Moped oder Elektroroller ist jedoch alles super zu erreichen, auch zu Fuß.

A Long Weekend at Villa Madi
Pros: Villa Madi is a brand new villa with a sea view. The villa is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for 6 to 8 guests. The villa is equipped with everything you need, including a beuatiful 4×8 relaxing pool, garden, outside shower and a barbeque. The owners are nice people who really care about their guests. The location is great, 20 minutes from the airport and Rhodes Town, 40 minutes from Lindos and just 5 minutes from Faliraki, with easy access to the wonderful beaches of Rhodes east coast. We especially liked Anthony Quinn Bay, a short drive from the villa.
