Pros: Excellent staff, good selection of food at breakfast, very high standard of cleanliness.

Cons: The lifts only fit 4 people at a time which is an issue peak time and climbing the stairs to our third floor room was hard going ( and we are fit!). Disappointed to learn no coffee or tea provided in rooms for guests like us which weren't all inclusive.

Pros: The receptionist who greeted me was very attentive; her name might have been Anastasia (she was blonde, but I’m not sure if there was another female receptionist). She immediately offered me coffee and gave me the room around 11 a.m. My colleagues working at the hotel’s bar, upon realizing I was in the tourism industry, offered me drinks in the evening. The maid or housekeeping supervisor who cleaned the room was also very attentive. Thank you!

Nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff

Pros: Location was great. Hotel is near the beach and the old town. Also opposite the hotel there is a bus station for the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very welcoming staff with drinks and a spacious nice room came with all the facilities and things needed such as soap, shower gel, hair dryer etc as expected. Nice restaurant and pool area! Understanding staff about cancelled flight and having a late check-out.

Pros: The location is great , 100 meters from the sea shore. 15 min walk or 4-8 € to the city. Staff are very nice and helpful . There is a balcony. Breakfast was very good , a lot of variation.the pool bar/ restaurant had good food at a reasonable price. There is a cattle for coffee or tea.air condition was very good, which is so important.

Cons: Upon check out, everyone at the same time it took 20 min to get an elevator, as it is so small only 2 people with suitcase can fit. Other times, 4 people can fit any of the 2 elevators. The shower is very small. But clean. The pool is not very big but it is great.

Pros: Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff, nice sea views while having breakfast and from balcony! Its the sunset part of island so every day sunset :) I loved my stay!

Cons: You have to pay for gym 5€ and for sauna €10 per hour. The beds were a bit too soft for my style but apart from this I really like the hotel :)

A wonderful trip, a lovely hotel

Pros: The hotel staff were very professional and very friendly. Irene in the restaurant was particularly observant, attentive, warm and welcoming. She made the trip such a delight for us.

Cons: The bed and pillows left much to be desired

Amazing

Pros: The staff were very very polite and very helpful. the location was outstanding. sea, sand, pool everything was perfect. food was delicious. Elisabeth and Irini working at the reception were friendly and very helpful, but I would like to thank especially Vasilis Chalil, who was always smiling and very helpful during my holiday. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will definitely not regret and you will have a perfect holiday that you will never forget in this hotel.
