Must stay for foodies

Pros: Food and drinks - we picked based on reviews praising food and they were absolutely spot on. Just go if you enjoy variety and good quality of food. Everything else was average (not in a bad way) but still good value for money.

Cons: Most staff was very friendly and nice, or at least nice, except for one bartender who acted very annoyed everytime we wanted to order something.

Pros: -Food was great, kids loved waffles for breakfast. -Soft sunbeds by the private pool were a great improvement. -Staff was friendly

Cons: -The kids area (minigolf, table tennis etc.) and sunbeds by the main pool area needs improvement.

Pros: Staff is golden. Restaurant food, variety, kid's meals, speciality restaurants. Hospitality. Uphill room - with stroller and two children was real cardio, but we liked it, cause it had sea view :)

Cons: Pools need some renovations and cleaning (we visited at the end of season). Kids pools not heated. Its not hotel problem, but the shore is rocky - with children it's complicated. Playground is worn out. Bad SPA expierience - cancelled, resceduled, treatments average, jacuzzi not working. But SPA is runned by differrent company.

Excellent staff attitude. Reasonable price.

Pros: definitely the staff. They took maximum care of our satisfaction. I think the quality of the hotel depends on the quality of the staff. The food is ordinary, as it is in all inclusive hotels. I definitely recommend a room with a private pool.

Cons: We had a pretty serious problem on the first day, after which we considered leaving the accommodation. However, the staff solved the problem perfectly and everything was fine. Another problem was the smelly sea (probably sulfur), but the plastic pipe right on the beach didn't really indicate that.

A great place to stay with a family with plenty of day and nighttime activities in-house

Pros: We had a fantastic time at Kiotari Bay Resort for 7 nights with a family of four, one 16 year and one 11-year-old child. The food was good with the all-inclusive service. The dinners were really good, and the variety was exceptional with different themes each night. We only ate lunch once at the main restaurant, while the breakfasts were basically the same each morning, but due to the fact that there were plenty of items to choose from, this was not an issue. Also, the animation team was extremely good. We participated in several daytime activities (e.g. pool volleyball / water polo, basketball, aqua gym and yoga) and we attended the nightly programs as well which included concerts and shows and also contests. Great time, great fun!

Cons: I can only name one thing which we really missed: something to hang wet towels and swimsuits to dry.

Pros: Hotel access to the beach, food most days, gyros and pizza, pool bar, good shows, live music in bar, many pools, entertainment team, friendly staff

Cons: Rotten egg smell on the beach, pipe with smelly water dumping into the sea on the beach, no sparkling wine included in the all inclusive menu, Asian, seafood and streetfood dinners.

Fantastic staff

Pros: The animation Team were the best especially Lyall and Jonas. They always were having a good laugh and great fun. Joey at the pool bar works so hard and was,also great fun. Felt there could of been different pool games and the night entertainment at arena was alot of quizzes. At the bar there was always good band on or dancers which were very good. My room was upgraded to private pool, which was a fantastic touch

Cons: The food was OK, could of been bit better. The main pool at the bar, had dirty water marks round the edge that could of been easily cleaned off. There was also a beach party advertised however all inclusive band didn't provide alcoholic drinks

Pros: best hotel ever, the reservation is for full board it includes meals breakfast supper and dinner with an amazing buffet so much to choose from great food you've got a few places in the hotel you can eat all day long like pizza and jealous drink beer and cocktails and soft drinks we couldn't stop eating, there's so many swimming pools all over Delta it's like small village. with a spa and a path to the beach. you don't need anything outside of the it's amazing. we had such a great time thank you very much.

Pros: Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά ! Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό,είχε γενέθλια ο σύζυγος μου κι τους ζήτησα αν είναι εύκολο να μου φτιάξουν μια τούρτα,επαγγελματίες όπως ήταν οι επιθυμία μου έγινε πραγματικότητα κι οφείλω να ομολογήσω πως ήταν εξαιρετικά νόστιμη!! Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα για οικογένεια,πολλές δραστηριότητες για παιδιά

Super séjour pour notre deuxième fois.

Pros: Le personnel est top, tout est propre, la nourriture aux buffets est variée et bonne. L'emplacement est bien car au bord de la plage. Beaucoup de divertissements sont proposés par tout le staff. C'est vraiment une bonne expérience en famille. J'y retournerai sans problème.

Cons: L'équipement à certains endroits commence à être un peu vieillot. Odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain (venant des canalisations) et du petit frigo.
