It was Amazing but find bit pricey for massages and other beauty treatments.

Pros: The food was great, evening performances, having toilets everywhere. Private pool was a plus.

Cons: Mould in bathroom, shower not clean enough, not cleaning near the pool in bedroom.

Pros: We loved how beautiful the resort itself was. The different pool areas were gorgeous and the main restaurant had great views. The staff were lovely. The bar staff particularly stood out both on the main bar and the pool bar. It’s busy at the main bar but they still took time to chat and get to know us over our stay. Reception were also very helpful with any questions we might have had. Food in the main restaurant was great with a great range from breakfast to dinner. The more premium restaurants were a lovely touch. We went to the seafood restaurant, Greek as well as Mexican with the starter sharing platter really standing out at the Greek restaurant and the octopus starter from the seafood restaurant also catching our eye. Overall we had a great experience and a wonderful time relaxing away from home.

Cons: Almost all of the cocktails are brought in bottles or done by machines. I understand are they can be busy but it took a bit of prestige and presentation out of it. The Mexican restaurant was probably our worst food experience, it all seemed very dry and not at all what we expected from the level of food we had been having. Mexican food is something we have often so we know this really missed the mark.

Friendly resort by the beach.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff. Plenty of food choices, nice vegan/vegetarian options. Quiet during the night, comfortable beds. On a low traffic street, was nice to go for a quick jog.

Cons: We weren't able to try the à la carte restaurants, everything was apparently booked full during our stay.

Amazing family vacation!

Pros: Our kids loved the water slides and the animation team. There are pools for all ages, great food choices and spotless rooms. It’s the ideal place for both family fun and quiet relaxation.

Outstanding service throughout!

Pros: From housekeeping to guest relations, every person we met went above and beyond—from helping with restaurant bookings to anticipating our needs.

Lovely hotel with good food choices - lots of pools to choose from as well as the beach.

Pros: The room was lovely, with it's own pool and beach view. It had the sun most of the day and was large with comfortable day beds.

Cons: Towel pick up/exchange at the spa was a bit annoying as it did not open until 10am - by then we had already had breakfast and were on the beach. It meant a long walk back up to the spa to change towels. On our first day we had to sit around until 10 just to pick them up. A better system for this would be appreciated.

Five-star treatment, all the way!

Pros: Every staff member—from reception to the pool crew—was genuinely kind and always greeting us with smiles. The buffet options were varied and delicious, with special themed nights that made dinners exciting.

A relaxing short break.

Pros: Upgraded to having own pool. Friendly attentive staff. Several swimming pools so a choice between quiet and active. A good selection of specialist al a cart restaurants. Buffet dinning was of a good quality. Very clean and neat.

Cons: There was nothing to really dislike about the place. Having said that we only went for a short break to do our own thing and so did not avail ourselves of all of the facilities. Cannot comment for those looking for a longer stay.

Cool holiday for a family with 2 kids.

Pros: Good pools, really good entertainment for kids, good food, but not great. Staff is amazingly helpful.

Cons: Rooms are not 5 stars, at least where we stayed beach frontline. Old, rusty.

Great balance of family fun and quality for adults

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of facilities, including food & drink. Spa was nice. Family suite excellent room.

Cons: Nothing.
