Pros: Staff, facilities and Atmosphere were all excellent

Wonderful stay, and any of the pros completely weigh out the cons. Great hotel in Lalyssos!

Pros: Only a 20 min drive to the Old Town, beautiful hotel, and the room with jacuzzi was very private and comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff were lovely and the main pool area had a tranquil atmosphere and impressive aesthetic. We were able to request taxis to wherever we needed to go easily via hotel staff, the food at the hotel was pretty decent also. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Rhodes. Such great value for money!!

Cons: The jacuzzi could have been cleaner as there was visible grime/limescale, and we had ordered a pricey bottle of alcohol to our room to celebrate our engagement, but weren't provided with a bottle opener - and then told we had to go to the bar to retrieve one ourselves after being told by the receptionist they don't hand them out. Most staff were exceptionally accommodating, but it did occasionally feel like we were putting some staff out with quite simple requests, which wasn't quite fitting with the effortless and supportive experiences we've had in similar hotels.

One of our favorite hotels in Europe

Pros: We had a very quiet room (214) with a beautiful view of the sunset every evening. We loved the outdoor gym, the delicious food, and the relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. All the guests were calm and kind, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The hotel has a very high standard of quality, with wonderful room fragrances and a warm, welcoming ambiance throughout the property. The yoga shala is beautiful, and the yoga sessions twice a week with a lovely teacher were also great. It’s truly one of our favorite hotels in Europe — especially for noise-sensitive people, our room was absolutely great.

Idyllic retreat to Rhodes, definitely would recommend!

Pros: Very new hotel, very hospitable staff especially Nicos! Lovely pool and never issues getting a sunbed, modern rooms with comfy beds!

A relaxing stay away with my mother

Pros: The breakfast was lovely so many different options. The facilities were excellent beautiful massive pool the food at lunchtime and dinner was delicious. I would definitely recommend getting a steak. It was one of the best meals I had on the trip. We also had a room with a pool, which was so good made us feel like we were having quite a luxurious trip. The spa facilities and gym were great and the staff were extremely friendly.

Cons: The hotel is quite far from the town and it cost roughly around €18 to get into the main town. A lot of the taxi people would take the micky and overcharge us. This happened on quite a few occasions we were told we would get one price and we were overcharged by €3. The hotel said they would give the money back but they never got it back. We also got overchanged to the airport by €8. The other thing was an umbrella. Nearly hit me when I was lying outside however to say sorry the manager gave us a lovely bottle of Prosecco they sorted out the umbrellas after that, there was also one point when the water wasn't working but that was outside of the hotels control. I think they did a really good job in sorting out all the issues apart from the cost of taxis which is a separate company to the hotel.

Beautiful stay

Pros: Very stylish, clean and beautiful property, with amazing breakfast with soo many options and most importantly fresh fruits! The best cocktails on the island we had them here at the bar!

Cons: Our room with private hot tub, was a bit noisy from 7am until midnight because of the main air-conditioning from their kitchen, the vent was next to the room.

Pros: The facilities at the hotel where fantastic, staff always so friendly. Very clean and modern just as the photos advertise and food really nice

Cons: The location of the property is surrounded by derelict buildings and really far away 15 min walk to supermarket, 30 mins to restaurants

Beautiful hotel

Pros: I would rate this hotel a perfect 10/10! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the hotel is so clean and smells gorgeous. The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, also a fresh bottle of water daily was perfect. Breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. Lots of cocktails choices, lunch and dinner also were so tasty and reasonably priced (best club sandwich ever!) . Every detail exceeded my expectations, and big shout to Eda she was so lovely and made the best Aperol spritz! The reception ladies were also so wonderful if you needed any help/needed a taxi or anything they were so happy to help!

Cons: Hotel is 600m off the main road, easily walkable 10-15mins

Loved it!!! Really worth it!

Pros: 1.The room was amazing and really clean! And very very quiet! Bed very comfortable! 2.The cleaners were cleaning very well! 3.The pool was clean and huge! With nice relaxing and comfortable bed seats. 4. Breakfast amazing! A lot of choices! Same for the restaurant! Ingredients were fresh! 5. Cocktails amazing! Nice bar outside close to the pool! 6. Parking spot very easy access and always could find a place. 7. Spa! Really good! I did the maternity massage! Loved it! 8. All the stuff really polite and always with a smile. 9. If you are looking for a quiet , relax and close to the centre and airport this is the place!

Relaxing stay

Pros: We had a lovely and extremely relaxing vacation, the rooms were all clean and new. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had good selection as well. Pool area was spacious, never crowded. For the last nights, we upgraded our room to the one with the pool and it was amazing, ideal for more privacy. I would recommend 100%. The location was nice, you can walk around but i would recommend hiring a car.
