Very unique and authentic accomodation, in the middle of a beautiful garden

Pros: We had a wonderful time in this house that is equipped with everything we needed. The owner lady is an artist and you can feel and see it in every detail of the house and garden. In addition she is extremely kind and generous, I hope we can return one day.

Pros: It is more like a home, with it's advantages and disadvantages, than a shiny hotel room. Everything is on hand, and well equipped ( also suncream, umbrella, ect. you need) since someone lives there if not rented. It is a peace of art, you can discover every day something new in the decorations. The self made mosaic pics are really great. Oh and the garden is amazing, it was end of the summer but still flowers :)

Cons: You have to run the airco for a longer period to get the living room cooled down.

Pros: Everything was perfect! A house made with a lot of love. And the host is really special! Thank you for everything you did for us!

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte einen großen gepflegten Garten mit Olivenbäumen oder Weinpflanzen. Den Garten konnte man sehr schön nutzen, sei es beispielsweise zum draußen Essen oder auch zum duschen. Die Vermieterin Anna war sehr lieb und freundlich und hat, da wir ziemlich spät am Abend ankamen, für uns gekocht, den Kühlschrank aufgefüllt und uns mit selbstgemachter Limonade und Marmelade versorgt. Sie war immer schnell erreichbar und sehr entspannt. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum Kolymbias, was für ein sehr ruhiges Wohnen sorgt, trotzdem war man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am nächsten Strand oder in 10 Minuten überall im Ort.

Charm and hospitality

Pros: The house is very charming, surrounded by flowers and a garden of olives, lemons and oranges, and it is very close to the beach and also to shops, restaurants, etc. It is best to have a car, but you could manage without, however in the July-AUgust heat it might be not that comfortable to use public transport. The beach nearby is fine, but the best beach for families is 10 min drive (Tsampika beach) from the house. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. At the same time, the house has a tranquil setting and you can enjoy sitting outside on the terrace, and it gets very quiet at night. I loved very much the kitchen area overlooking the garden, and the whole house has the imprint of the owners and many tiny details collected by them over a lifetime. When we arrived, the host waited for us with a cooked meal, salad, and watermelon, and provided us with homemade jam, lemon juice, etc. She cooked a cake for us while we stayed there and was an absolutely marvelous host.

Cons: The A/C in the living room could have been better, but whatever the house lacks in comfort, is made up by the hospitality of the host.

Отдых как дома

Pros: Как будто у себя дома: очень уютно и красиво! Очень добрая хозяйка приготовила для нас разной вкусной еды и напитков. Хороший и немноголюдный пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы от дома. Прекрасный сад вокруг дома, нам очень нравилось завтракать и отдыхать вечером за столиком в саду.
