Highly Recommend.
Pros: We stayed at Bella Viev house for 2 weeks at the end of July.The house has all the essentials. It has a lovely big balcony with jacuzzi and the garden is fully fenced. It is a quiet place with a beautiful view of the mountains, with 10 min walk to the beach or 5-10 min to the centre of Kolymbia. There are very good multifunctional AC's in every room. Rubbish containers are located on the main road close to the house. There is an electric gate to the property which is accessible from the rock dirt road drive. The owners were very friendly, welcoming and were always there to help. If we get the opportunity we would definitely come here again. Highly Recommend.
Cons: The only disadvantage in the house it is the small bedside cabinets on the ground floor. A small drawback is that the 50m road to the house is a dirt road.

Pros: Very nice and welcoming host, we had family vacation 4 adults and a kid and we are very happy how everything went, the kitchen is fully equipped, bathrooms very nice, comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, beautiful surroundings, a lot of space, bbq area, jacuzzi on the balcony, its easy to access the best beaches around the island by car
Cons: The place for drying wet clothes was limited and there are enough,but not much extra utilities, but overall you have all the basics

Tem o nome perfeito: Bella View!!! Casa confortável, cheirosa, dentro da natureza local, muito bem localizada e com host
Pros: Nos sentimos dentro da natureza, vivenciando a atmosfera do local. Tudo estava muito limpo (inclusive roupas de cama e toalha cheirosos).
Cons: O acesso a casa está um pouco ruim. Precisava de mais investimento da cidade ali nas ruas. Mas isto não é culpa da casa e sim precariedade de muitas ruas na ilha de Rodes.

Ein modernes Traumhaus
Pros: Das Haus liegt wunderbar abgeschieden, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war – absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Ein modernes Traumhaus, sehr geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Besitzer war sehr fürsorglich und immer hilfsbereit. Ein Kieselstrand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, und Sandstrände sind in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir würden dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und träumen schon davon, wieder hierher zurückzukehren.
Cons: Ohne Auto ist es unbequem, dorthin zu fahren.

Wszystko odbyło się idealnie
Pros: Miejsce jest niesamowite. Posiada wszystkie udogodnienia o których mogliśmy pomyśleć. Właściciel to niesamowicie ciepły i gościnny człowiek, który na naszą prośbę zapewnił nam nawet łóżeczko dla dziecka. Co więcej otrzymaliśmy prezent powitalny a na pożegnanie otrzymaliśmy ręcznie robiony talerzyk. Samo miejsce jest piękne, bardzo zadbane i czyste.

Schönes ruhiges Haus
Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut, etwas abseits von der Straße, daher ruhig, und der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Großer Garten mit viel Platz. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer ist bei dort üblichen Temperaturen sehr praktisch. Allerdings ist die Unterkunft nur mit Auto gut zu erreichen, ohne Auto würde sich die Lage der Unterkunft eher als Nachteil erweisen (auf Rhodos empfiehlt es sich generell ein Auto zu mieten). Der Hausbesitzer war sehr nett und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob wir alles haben und zufrieden sind.
Cons: Der Kiesstrand in der Nähe der Unterkunft (7 min. Fußweg) hat uns nicht gefallen, wir sind daher immer zum nahegelegenen Sandstrand gefahren (Tsampika, ca. 10 min. Fahrzeit).
