Good quality!

Pros: Good location, clean, well equipped, close to the beach and other facilities. The owner welcomed us with wine, croissants and some things in the fridge. There was a cleaning service once during our stay. Recommended.

Pros: Nicolas, the owner was amazing. The accommodation was clean, nice and tidy. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, food stores and beaches as well. Higly recommended 👍

Bella casa pratica e spaziosa

Pros: La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario, arredata in modo pratico e funzionale. Ha un bellissimo portico posteriore ben ventilato , che abbiamo utilizzato sempre anche con il caldo di agosto . Letti comodi e stanze silenziose. Aria condizionata nelle camere e in soggiorno. I serramenti hanno le zanzariere anche se noi non abbiamo trovato zanzare. Kolymbia è una piccola cittadina ben posizionata per chi vuole visitare l'isola. La casa è vicinissima al centro , a negozi e ristoranti. Volendo si raggiunge a piedi la spiaggia attrezzata in dieci minuti. Nikolas e Maria sono stati gentilissimi. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigo acqua fresca , frutta, pane, formaggio. A metà soggiorno hanno pulito la casa , cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani e rifornito di buonissima uva. Ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni per orientarci e sono stati molto disponibili anche se in realtà non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla in più .

A peaceful, well-located stay with amazing hosts—truly a memorable experience in Rhodes.

Pros: Nikolas and Maria were excellent hosts who did everything possible to make us feel at home. Our stay was truly excellent. The house is fully equipped, featuring a complete kitchen with all necessary utensils. It's located just a 5-minute walk from restaurants and shops, yet situated in a peaceful area. It’s also very close to some of the island’s best beaches and away from the more crowded spots in the north. Renting a car is highly recommended for exploring different parts of the island. If we visit Rhodes again, we would absolutely love to stay here once more!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Alles bestens. Gerne wieder. Zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wenige Minuten zu den Stränden, Restaurants und Geschäften. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Sehr nette Gastgeber!

Heel prettig verblijf

Pros: Ruime woning met 2 grote slaapkamers met beide een ensuite badkamer. Fijne buitenruimte, voor en achter. Lekker liggende bedden. Zeer ruime keuken met wasmachine. Goede, duidelijke en snelle communicatie

Cons: Weinig daglicht in de woonkamer, beetje harde banken

Fijne goed uitgeruste woning nabij strand

Pros: Alles was in orde. 2 terrassen, 1 voor en achter het huis.

Cons: De buurman van het naastgelegen huis speelde geregeld op tijdstippen na 23 uur luide muziek.

Très agréable. A recommander pour les familles.

Pros: Les propriétaires étaient très serviables. Il y avait un peu de nourriture à notre arrivée.
