Fantastic place - great value and location

Pros: Lovely accomodation - perfect for my wife and 5yr and 1.5yr old kida. Great size and really well equipped with everything we needed. Location to beaches a short walk but really nice quieter beach nearby where we spent great days.

Cons: Internet was a little shaky at times

Location is peaceful and comfortable with a beautiful view towards the mountains

Pros: Location was beautiful with the mountains behind us, just out of the main town so quiet , restaurant opposite called Olive groves excellent with friendly staff, the villas have well maintained gardens and the pool is large with a shallow end for kids. Air con in the villas gave much needed reprieve from the 38 degree plus heat, and the villas themselves were comfortable. We met the cleaning lady who was so good to us on the last day allowing us to keep our luggage at one of the villas our two families booked and also use the downstairs to keep cool and use as a base until late afternoon as our flight was after 10 at night, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her kindness as it was so hot during our stay.

Cons: it would be helpful to have an information folder about the local area, they are self catering apartments but we initially thought we could get what we needed from the supermarkets within walking distance but only the very essentials such as snacks, bread and milk are sold in these so definitely need a car, which we ended up renting and eventually found a supermarket a 5 minute drive away with fresh produce. An information folder with useful numbers, supermarkets and local points of interest etc would be a benefit.

Fantastic family villa

Pros: Lovely villa, great pool and nice and close to a number of good restaurants. Elias is a fantastic host, along with the lovely house maid who works so hard.

Perfect place in quite part of Kolymbia with great pool and beach in walking distance (max 5 mins).

Pros: This place was amazing. We had a villa #2 that is probably the farest one from the pool but this was actually an advantage as it provided more privacy. The villa was cleaned regularly by a lady who made sure that we do not miss anything.

Lovely stay in Kolymbia

Pros: Swimming pool, lots of space, convenient for town and beach and very clean, excellent communication. Would stay again in October as excellent value for money.

Cons: Villa mostly in shade (October) backs onto (small) main road, so quite noisy and restaurant opposite quite noisy with after hour parties and karaoke.

Perfect holiday with family

Pros: We booked two villas, for our big family (kids,grandparents, brother and his family) all of us was very satisfied. We liked the quiet neighborhood. Kids liked the pool. We liked sitting at the terrace with a pool view. Everything was by hand. There is a restaurant next to it, with very friendly waitress Julia and delicious food. It is also close to the sea.

Cons: - missing dishwasher

Great place to enjoy holidays in Rodos.

Pros: I recommend this place for families or groups of friends. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. There are kitchen utensils, lots of towels in the bathroom and towels for sunbeds and swimming. The owner is helpful and easy to contact by phone or WhatsApp. We had problems with internet connection and he brought us new modem the same day. We were also allowed to stay longer than regular check out hours because our flight was late in the afternoon. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Cons: We had problems with water temperature in the bathroom. It was not enough warm for children to have a shower after cold days. Maybe it was possible to change but we didn't ask about it. On the other hand after hot days it was very hot.

Pros: Die Villa war sauber, gut eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der private Pool mit wunderschönem Ausblick, die ruhige Lage und die freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

Cons: Einige Möbelstücke waren bei unserer Ankunft leicht beschädigt, aber die Gastgeber haben sofort reagiert und alles unverzüglich repariert. Dadurch haben wir uns weiterhin sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür!

Pros: Échanges conviviaux avec Elias avant et pendant le séjour. Celui-ci nous a toujours répondus rapidement et nous a bien informé. L'endroit est très calme. Grande piscine collective et Jacuzzi privé. Les équipements mis à notre disposition étaient suffisant et de qualité. Un geste à notre égard à notre arrivée.bouteille de vin et boissons fraîches.
