Fantastic!

Pros: Everything was perfect, amazing two weeks!! Stelios, the great host, explained the location of the keys and was very responsive. The house is very close to the sea in a calm neighbourhood, away from crowds of tourists. There is a shop nearby, accessible by car. It is very close to Prasonissi Beach and Lindos. Overall, it is a very peaceful house; we took our dog with us as the property is pet-friendly.

Pros: Posizione buona; casa pulita, comoda e spaziosa; proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons: I bagni avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione e il giardino esterno è un po' trascurato.

super séjour ! facilité par un logement agréable !

Pros: accueil simple, mais efficace. Le logement est parfait pour notre groupe, avec 5 chambres (7 personnes). Toutes les pièces principales sont équipées de l'Airco, chambres et séjour, et il fonctionne parfaitement. (pas de supplément électricité pour l'Airco !) Plage à 500m et bar/resto à 450 m ! :-) Gennadi à 8 minutes en voiture, avec un bon choix de restos, village et bord de mer ! Le reste de l'île accessible facilement en voiture ! 2 terrasses possibles, en fonction du soleil... Le matin et le soir :-) ! Je recommande ! !

Cons: La ville de Rhodes, est à environ 01H15 en voiture, c'est le déplacement le plus long, mais on le savait, et on planifie en conséquence : pas grave !

Rapporto qualità prezzo Ottimo, considerato anche la disponibilità delle camere

Pros: Casa spaziosa, disponibilità del parcheggio, comfort adeguati.

Cons: Per la tipologia di viaggio la casa andava bene. Magari nn avevamo i letti confortevoli, e i bagni nn erano al top... Ma noi essendo sei maschi ci servivano principalmente le stanze individuali e almeno due bagni...quindi nel complesso nulla da lamentarsi.

Pros: Dom przestronny i komfortowy, wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba 10 osobowej ekipie. Bardzo czysto. Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel, nie było problemu z późniejszym wymeldowaniem.

Cons: Przez cały pobyt nie było internetu, dom ma już swoje lata, oraz usterki np. cieknący zlew, zatrzaskujące się drzwi czy szambo, które wybiło w ostatni dzień.

Good value

Pros: The villa is very nice, clean, quiet, AC in every room, Gennadi is close to go to the supermarket, have breakfast and then go explore.

Cons: Location could be a minus, if you do not rent a car to go to different places. We did rent a car and went every day to a different beach.

Все було супер!

Pros: Нам сподобалось абсолютно все! Дуже багато простору, 5 спальних кімнат, є місце для абсолютно всіх, але найголовніша це близькість до моря. Ми мали можливість вранці зустрічати сонце біля моря і це незабутньо. Помешкання виправдало наші очікування. Власник житла завжди був на зв’язку. Ціна точно вартує того, аби тут жити. Порекомендую правда тільки з машиною

Cons: Дрібні зауваження є як і у кожного будинку, але вони дрібні
