next to the perfect beach!
Pros: Wonderful stay with very nice host. perfect beach, far from the big tourist crowds. there are chairs at the beach as well as an umbrella. the pool was very clean and there is a laundry machine, a big fridge and freezer as well as a dishwasher. the kitchen has all you need.
Cons: just to let you know, there are 3 rooms for 2 persons each, but you need to walk through room 2 in order to reach room 3. and its next to the main road.

Nice and clean house with all facilities needed.
Pros: The house is good. It has 2 yards and depending on the sun one if it is always cooler. On the 1st floor there is a terrasse with view to the see which we used for breakfast. The pool was clean and refreshing. The see is really very close to the house and we enjoyed late afternoon swims there. The host has provided sunbeds, but we did not use them. There is a convenient parking near the house.
Cons: In the master bedroom was noisy due to the road in front of the house, but in the same time it offered a nice view to the sea.

Relaxing and enjoying!
Pros: About the outside property. It was a beautiful, clean, private property, has a very nice and clean pool. Very green atmosphere, has lots of beautiful plants and a lot of space to just relax. By the pool there are sunbeds and a little table with chairs. The villa is 3 stories. The kitchen is definitely spacious and has everything you need. (Dishwasher,washing machine ect.) The villa has 3 bathrooms with showers, everything is working and wonderful. The rooms and the villa is very clean and in every room there are conditioners that cool the room. I would really recommend. The owner is the best, he always is assuring if you are okay and if you need anything, brang us cold drinks by the beach👌. The beach is across the road, it is like a private beach i will say. So calm and relaxing and beatiful blue water. It is rocks instead of sand but not a problem with sea shoes. Overall me and my family loved this property and everything! We will definitely be back!

Прекрасная вилла в хорошем месте
Pros: Прекрасная вилла в хорошем месте. Большая, чистая, хорошо оборудованная вилла. Ухоженный бассейн, много пространства, где можно посидеть вечером с бокалом вкусного вина. Гостеприимный Георгий встречает с подарками - вино, сок, арбуз. Пляж в 100 метрах от виллы. Пляж бескрайний, людей почти нет. На пляже в распоряжении гостей зонтики и лежаки. Море чистейшее. До пляжа и каталки Прасониси 20 мин на машине, до центра Геннадии 7 минут. Это был правильный выбор жилья и прекрасная неделя отдыха.

Just perfect !
Pros: Beautiful big properly with private pool . Very clean , well equipped in a quiet area. Owner very nice and always available and helpful. He even brought us a watermelon as a welcome and came by early the morning of our departure to say goodbye. Would definitely stay here again . Highly recommended!

Merveilleux séjour
Pros: Tout était merveilleux, très belle maison, spacieuse et confortable avec une belle piscine et une belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Proximité de la plage (quasi privée) qui était à peine à 5 min à pied. George le hôte est vraiment très sympathique, il a été à notre écoute pendant tout le séjour et nous a apporté quelques fruits très délicieux. Merci pour l’accueil😊

Belle villaavec plage privée
Pros: Belle villa très bien équipée, fonctionnelle, spacieuse, très agréable et entièrement climatisée où nous avons séjourné 4 jours. La piscine sympa est essentielle par des chaleurs de 40 degrés. La plage privée est incroyable avec une eau transparente idéale pour le snorkeling. Les restaurants locaux à proximité sont de bonne qualité. L'hôte Georgios était très prévenant et nous a gâtés de fabuleuses figues et pastèques. Je recommande cette villa.

Pros: L'emplacement de la villa, avec sa plage privée (parasol et transat fourni). Une piscine majestueuse, avec une alcôve agréable et ombragée par des voiles.
