Beautiful and relaxing and spacious

Pros: Just beautiful view of the ocean. Grill and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Lots of space. Just what we wanted for vacation. It’s actually nicer than it looks in the photos. The kitchen really has everything you need.

Cons: Nothing really. The shower head holder upstairs was broken, so just showered downstairs. Everything else was perfect.

Pros: Position of the vila is absolutely amazing, you have nice beach with nobody around like 50 meters in front of vila. Owner replies fast with great english and the lady that gave us the keys and show vila was so fun, helpful and friendly. Equiptment of the vila is one of another great perks. They borrow us a lot more than you would expect. For example: parasols, cooling box, sunbeds, etc. Everything in vila works and is in great condition. If you catch a time when the villa is available, I strongly recommend booking it. It deserves nothing less than 10/10

Great vacation stay

Pros: - Beach in 100m, just a few minutes walk - Spacious and very clean villa - Great views from the balcony and a cosy terrace - 5 min drive to Gennadi - Nice and welcoming hosts - AC is in every room but we didn’t even need it in mid September

Cons: - Lots of ants in the kitchen, we had to get a repellent for them and renew it every few days - Each evening a hotel in the neighbourhood has an entertainment program and some evenings it gets really loud till at least 22.30 - There was a very powerful lamp on the villa roof which couldn’t be turned off and prevented stargazing a bit - There was an issue with the dishwasher which we didn’t notice upon arrival, the owners were ready to send in a technician quickly but we didn’t want to spend our time waiting so went on without the dishwasher

Pros: Villa offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. It is excellently equipped. The rooms are clean. Owner helpful, Mrs. Marieta very sympathetic. Nothing is a problem for them. The villa is in a quiet area. Right on the beach where you will almost be alone. The sea beautiful and clean. The access to the sea is a bit difficult because of small stones, but the peace and romance will make up for it. Right from the terrace you can watch the sunrise. In the villa you will spend a magical holiday. There were 8 of us and everyone was comfortable in the double rooms. Pros: Marietta is a great host, was waiting for us when we arrived. She explained everything very well and the house was super clean and organized. Amazing views of sun and moon, crystal clear sea which is steps from the house. Gennadi is 2 minutes drive with excellent restaurants, bakery and local produce store. Highly recommended.

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à la villa Alkion ! La maison est spacieuse, décorée avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’emplacement est parfait : calme et reposant, à 100 mètres de la plage, et proche des sites incontournables du sud de l’île. Un mot particulier pour l’accueil : les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, disponibles et attentifs, toujours prêts à rendre service et à donner de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, comme à la maison.

Cons: Honnêtement, nous n'avons rien de négatif à dire sur notre séjour.

Pros: Sehr gut gelegenes Haus, wenn man seine Ruhe sucht. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und den Kieselsteinestrand und das klare Meer meistens alleine genossen. Gennadi liegt in der Nähe, aber ein Auto ist zu empfehlen.
