Villa Mariza 1920

Pros: Great location at a charming little street at the center of the Rhodos town, very nice and welcoming host! Apartment had everything necessary, we were really happy especially with the air conditioner and the mosquito nets.

Cons: The apartment was a bit dark and hard to air our properly which made it rather hot and humid. The bed was a bit uncomfortable to us. Overall however great value for the money!

Great central location, close to the beach, restaurants and old town

Pros: The apartment was large and clean, consisting of one bedroom, one kitchen including also a sofa bed, a large hallway and a bathroom. The location was close to the beach and restaurants, within few minutes, and also relatively close to the old town. The hosts were helpful and provided us with all the information for an easy check-in/check-out. There was also a small garden inside the property.

Cons: The bedroom window faced a secondary street, not very loud but not very quite either. Although the hosts had given us very specific information and map links to access the property from the airport, we had some difficulties given the fact that we were coming from another part of the island, so we initially used the property address from the booking confirmation (which was not the real address, maybe the hosts could correct that because is misleading to the old town). Once we used the link provided separately, we realized that the address was different, but it took us about 20 minutes to reach the correct location.

Pros: “Villa Mariza was absolutely perfect for our 4-day break in Rhodes Town. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We booked last minute for our first visit, and it turned out to be the best decision — spotlessly clean, beautifully comfortable, and in the most ideal location. Just a short walk to great restaurants, lively bars, lovely beaches, and the charming Old Town. And on top of that, Mariza was so gracious, letting us keep our room late because of our late flight. It truly had everything we could have hoped for and more. A real gem that made our stay unforgettable!”

Cons: WiFi wasn’t working, but that was being fixed on the day we left, a minor detail as we had data covered with our uk plans

Pros: Great location; everything is a few minutes' walk away (restaurants, shops, beach). A special mention goes to the host: a very nice and kind person.

Pros: The villa was beautiful, nice big rooms , great shower, very clean , ideal location right near the town but far enough away to not hear noise from bars and restaurants etc and the host family were lovely they couldn’t do enough to help / welcome you.

Cons: Literally the only one disappointment is although the bed was very comfy it was two singles pushed together and not a double , so me or my partner would fall down the middle or have to sleep separate sides.

Pros: We liked everything, it,s an amazing place in the heart of the city

Comfortable and simple

Pros: Everything was very clean and practical. The sofa is really small so we slept with our child in the large bed. Asked for extra bedlinen and it worked out fine. Overall a perfect stay.

Buona base a Rodi

Pros: Appartamento con aria condizionata. Posizione strategica. Letto comodo. Disponibilità dei proprietari.

Cons: La doccia aveva il soffione principale che non funzionava. Scarsa dotazione di utensili da cucina e padelle.

Her uere uakın, konforlu, temiz ve özenli bir otel. Otelin sahipleri de nezaketli. Umarım tekrar konaklama şansımız olur

Pros: Tesis OLD TOWN da. Her yere ortalama 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin bulunduğu konumdan yürüyerek plaja ulaşabilmek mükemmel. Yüksek puanlı restaurantlara çok yakın. Tesis nostaljik bir bina, içi özenle döşenmiş ve dekore edilmiş. Banyo malzemeleri temizdi. Mutfakta olması gereken her şey düşünülmüştü. Yedek olarak istediğimiz ürünler hızlıca temin edildi. Tesis sahibi hanımefendi tatilin başından sonuna kadar bize karşı nazik ve özverili davrandı. Ne zaman istersek, mesajlarımıza hızlı bir biçimde döndü.

Cons: Bulunduğumuz dairenin yatak odasında bir bölümde rutubet kaynaklı bir küf vardı. Umarım bu sorunu en kosa zamanda çözerler.

Pros: Huippu paikalla viihtyisä asunto. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta, taksikin hoitui lähtiessä heidän kauttaan. Joka paikkaan kävelymatka, ei tarvitse vuokrata autoa jos ei naapurikyliin halua. Huippu hyvää ruokaa läheisissä ravintoloissa ja loistopalvelu. Pienen kävelykujan varrella joten ei liikenteen ääniä eikä ravintoloiden ääniä öisin. Iso suositus!

Cons: Ilmastoinnin suodatin pitäisi vaihtaa, vähän tuoksahti. Kahvinkeitintä ei ollut.
