Good value for money with a warm welcome
Pros: The apartment is very nice and spacious with three bedrooms. The location is ideal, you can walk to the old town in 15 minutes. The apartment is next to a small pedestrian street with many taverns and shops. The sea is 10 minutes away. We arrived late, the flight was delayed, but they welcomed us and showed us everything. There was a pleasant surprise in the fridge, prosecco and a bottle of water, which was very kind.
Cons: The noise from the street was a little disturbin.

Pros: The location was perfect—close to everything! The house had all the amenities we needed, and it was spacious and comfortable. The owner was super helpful and accommodating. Great stay!

Great stay in Rhodes
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were great. The location was nice; it was in the central part of the newer part of the city of Rhodes but also in walking distance of the old town. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we liked the layout. Would recommend!
Cons: We did get a close parking spot on the street, but we felt lucky to do so! I could see the street parking being competitive during busy season.

Pros: The accommodation has it all. It’s perfectly located with walking distance to all amenities, restaurants, old town and the whole port area. The host was such a great help, answered all our questions, ran through the apartment and what was close by. He was easy to contact and great assistance with checkin and check out. Would def come back

Central location in a home like apartment!
Pros: The property was spacious and home like, very central location and had nice balcony with a street view to enjoy coffee or glass of wine.
Cons: Everything was super nice but the floor of the apartment couldve been cleaner (washed/wiped) as we are used to be barefoot or with socks in the apartment and didnt bring slippers :) Or there could be equipment in the apartment to do this ourselves. Maybe few spare towels for 3 night stay as well. Otherwise was a super stay, I recommend!

Pros: The property was bright, fresh, clean, well equipped. Georges was very welcoming and engaging, we got a taxi from the airport (€25) and he met us on the street outside the apartment and showed us around, he has lists of local things to see in the apartment so it is really easy to plan trips and pack the most into your break. Beaches, restaurants, nightlife, historic old town and restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, I went with my 3 adult sons and it felt large enough, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, fan in one. Very welcome verandah which gets the sun all afternoon/evening so perfect for taking a break and watching the world go by. Rhodes is beautiful, laidback and so welcoming. The apartment is off the most beautiful little lane packed with flowers, fragrances and beautiful paving.

Pros: The house is in the center of the city close to the new town, the beach, and the old town. The owner of the property George is a very nice person! Extremely helpful and supportive! He meet and took us to the apartment. George provided us with a list with helpful information about the town- beach bars, restaurants, places to visit. We get: - a wine as a welcome present which was very kind! -extra coffee capsules for the coffee machine:) I received a mouse for my computer (as I needed one) George arranged a taxi from the apartment to the airoport! THANK YOU!
Cons: Probably my expectations are too high but I'll suggest the owner to make some refreshments and renovations. In one of the rooms, there was only a fan (no AC) It will be more comfortable for the guest to have a mirror in every room as well and one of the wardrobes needs to be changed. There was a noise coming from the garbage truck between 3-4 o'clock and many cars going on all night long as the house is located in the central street.
