Modern apartment with an excellent location
Pros: The key handover was very easy. The location is great, close to the beach and with many dining options. The apartment was quiet, so we slept well. The mattress was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. I booked the apartment for two to three people, but we got one with two bedrooms plus a sofa, which was great. Everything was quite modern, AC works well.
Cons: The biggest downside was that we only had one key, both for the apartment and the building entrance. The bathroom got completely wet after every shower, which was inconvenient. Apart from these things, highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Welcoming host and comfortable apartment!
Pros: A very pleasant, sincere, and helpful host! We got a great, tidy room with an inner courtyard. There is a shared pool. Bed linen and towels are changed every few days. The accommodation is in a very good location: plenty of dining options around, and about 7 minutes to the sea. We are very happy with our choice!
Cons: There could be a reserved spot to park a car.

Pros: I liked both the host and the facilities. The room service could be a bit better, but overall it was a very good experience. The pool was also perfect and we enjoyed the placment of the hotel. It was close enough to the beach and places to eat. So i would diffently recommend

Pros: I like how easy it was to contact steve if we had any questions. Location perfect for going to get things from supermarket or cafes. I loved useing the pool facility.

Clean, comfortable and perfectly located
Pros: Perfect place for people who do not wish to spend holiday inside the hotel all day long. We enjoyed our one week stay in Steve apartments. Steve himself is very helpful and polite. Some rooms are freshly renovated, some are older but everything is clean (room even was cleaned and towels changed 2 times per week), there is small kitchen, utensils, washing machine, air conditioner, wifi, television, balcony with chairs and table. Even its located near the center and there are many shops and restaurants around, place was really calm and you could peacefully rest at night. Apartments are perfectly located - 4 minutes to windy beach, 10-15 minutes to harbour, old town and center.

Perfect location, tidy, all you need apartment.
Pros: Perfect location right in the center of it all - the beach, marina, old town, everything. The apartment is tidy, has all you need, the building has a nice pool. The owner and their family were friendly and helpful when in need. Would recommend it and book it again!

Pros: Great locaion in the New Town of lovely city of Rhodes, close to everything (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, different beaches by walking distance), yet, for being in the middle of everything, a quiet place to sleep. Studio is spacious, bright and simple , provided with all basic amenities. Impeccable cleanliness of the whole building, swimming pool area and the apartment (has been cleaned twice in 5 days we stayed, with fresh bedsheets and towels). Great value for money, absolutely good choice!
Cons: We had a little misunderstanding by the arrival, but Stephanos , his family and staff have sorted everything out with efficiency, friendliness and patience. Please double check the airco and washing machine: they are new, but we experienced some problems using them. Maybe it says more about us 😁 then the systems themselves, but still keep an eye on them.
