Pros: Konumu çok harikaydı. Hem eski şehre hem yeni şehre yürüme mesafesinde. Yakınında tüm ihtiyaçların karşılanacağı bir süper market ve eczane vardı. Mutfak başta olmak üzere tüm ihtiyaçlar eksiksizdi.
