Great location, super helpful and responsive staff, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Very peaceful, everything you need in this stay. Bed was super comfortable, staff were amazing. Area wonderful. Flexible and easy check in and out. Detailed explanation Rhodes island. Shower - great water pressure. Provided water, tea, coffee & wine.

Cons: Loved everything.

Pros: - Andriana was WONDERFUL and supportive throughout our visit - outstanding property, wonderfully decorated, all the modern amenities - wonderful quiet location, traditional, surrounded by wonderful restaurants - free, easy parking in the main square - bakery and supermarket within 5 minute walk - comfortable bed, lush shower, loved the hot tub, Netflix on tvs etc - easy to drive to nearby locations like old town and falakari - we were offered a clean and fresh towels etc half way through stay which we were not expecting which was wonderful - bottle of wine and bottle of water on arrival was lovely touch also WE CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN - THANKYOU FOR A FAB HOLIDAY

Pros: This place is incredible. Loved everything about it. Well equipped kitchen with most things thought of and provided. So comfortable and appointed. The outdoor are was very private with a nice spa for two people, including outdoor furniture. The host was great and spent time with us to tell us about the places to go and see. Highly recommend!!

Cons: Nothing really, however a toaster would have been nice. Other than that, this place is faultless.

Pros: The jacuzzi is an amazing add-on to the cozy apartment that you can use whenever you need some extra relax. The apartment manager Andriana is fantastic. She gave us a lot of info and suggestions the first day we arrived and was very responsive for anything we needed. The position of the apartment in Koskinou is 12-min by car from old Rhodes and very close to all the best beaches on the east coast.

Pros: The place is amazing, situated in the heart of the lovely city of Koskinou. We enjoyed sitting at the nearby tavernas with amazing food in the evening and the interior patio was an absolute oasis of relaxation. Andriana, had the best travel suggestions we could have ever expected, her input made our vacation way more beautiful. We would definitely come back and I would recommend this experience to anyone in Rhodes.

Pros: We spent 5 nights at Tsimbika house, and it was really lovely. The village itself is very authentic and there are several good tavernas within short walking distance. There are basic supermarkets and a pharmacy close by. Parking is free in the market square. Koskinou is quiet and peaceful, without the feeling of too many tourists. We hired a car and found it well located for visiting all parts of the island. The accommodation was great. Spacious, clean, bright and colourful. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. The outside courtyard with a spa bath is a lovely addition to an already comfortable space. I highly recommend a stay here.

Pros: It was beautiful, well maintained. Clean and homely with a modernised Greek design. It had good WiFi, air con, and two android smart TV’s (for streaming TV on players such as Netflix, Prime Video etc..). The two seater hot tub was lovely, alongside the additional outside shower. The terrace in which these were situated in was beautiful, we always used this space when we had dinner at the property. The kitchen had an electric hob, and a microwave/grill, plus plenty of crockery and cutlery to dine in at the property! The location was the best bit. The village of Koskinou was beautiful, surrounded by locals and the best restaurants we ate at during our stay on the island, it truly felt traditional.
