George & Alexandra's Apartments

We had a great stay on Rhodes.

Pros: Owner's son came round very quickly to help us with washing machine etc. The sun shone every day which was wonderful. There was a shop at the end of our street and the best, open restaurant was very close to the apartment.

Cons: George could have been at the apartment when we arrived (as we had arranged)

Wonderful stay in beautiful old town apartment.

Pros: It is a lovely traditional apartment with a sunny little outdoor seating area.

Cons: Location and comfort.

Out of season, but definitely not out of charm

Pros: At the very heart of the Old Town, a place oozing charm and character, tastefully refurbished, with all mod cons, and a lovely roof terrace to top it all - literally. Oh, and extremely affordable out of season.

Cons: Rhodes is beautiful and very peaceful at the end of January. So peaceful that you might say it is dead, at least the Old Town: nearly all shops, cafes and restaurants are closed. But a 10-15 minute walk will get you to a decent supermarket and some good eateries.

Fabulous stay in the center of Rhodes old town.great location

Pros: Absolutely amazing apartment. Had everything and it all looked original Greek but with all the mod cons.

Cons: I had to go home.

Perfectly charming

Pros: A charming apartment in the centre of the old town. It had many quirky decorations, very cute. A fully equipped kitchen with oven and washing machine, a charming bathroom (we loved the stone sink!), comfortable sitting area and dining area. The bedroom was upstairs with a very comfortable bed. Then out on to the roof terrace with the best view in Rhodes! With temperatures in mid-winter of 18-22 degrees Celcius (till the last couple of days when it turned cold) it was lovely to sit up there. George and his son Manuel were charming and extremely helpful; nothing was too much to ask. Over Christmas most of the town (shops and restaurants) was closed down so most of the time we walked the town virtually alone, very peaceful. We loved it! So much so that we are thinking of returning next year.

Great stay, great accommodation

Pros: The location was excellent only a 5 minute walk to the centre

Pros: Beautiful charming property in a fabulous location. They helped us arrange a taxi to the airport too which was so gratefully received. Highly recommended

Little Gem in the old town

Pros: George picked our luggage up from outside the old town and he gave us directions of how to get to the apartment, which was a nice touch. A beautiful well equipped apartment close to town with lots of personal touches. We loved it! A fantastic terrace at the top of the property with fantastic views across the old town. 5 mins into the centre of the bustling old town with great restaurants and bars. Choose your restaurants carefully as some are a bit pricey and touristy!

Cons: They didn’t clear out the toilet bags. We contacted George and he sorted it.

A perfect location to visit the old Town of Rhodes

Pros: The location was perfect and the accommodation so comfortable. George met us at the gate and organised our drop off and check in. Nothing was too much trouble.

A beautiful historic apartment in a great location in Rhodes Old Town with great views

Pros: In particular the location but it was a very well presented historic property with a lovely roof terrace with amazing views over a Rhodes Old Town. The bed was very comfortable.
