Pros: The staff were exceptional and helped with everything possible.

Location, location, location

Pros: Location is perfect. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. Pool area is very nice and enough sun beds.

Cons: Mattress and pilow were quite hard, but that's more about what you are used for. One of the personnel, man in the reception, should learn more about customer service. He charged us my mistake city tax when we game and noticed himself immediately it was a mistake but didn't know how to fix it?? He then asked our bank account number and said the accounting team will proceed with the refund on Monday. On Friday I said to him that I have not seen the money and they might need the BIC code. He was quite rude and said no, account team has not said anything and he will get back to me. He didn't but the very nice lady in reception was very helpful and we should get the refund in 2 weeks.

Pros: The hotel is very well located on a quiet street, close to beaches, close to public transport (bus) and close to the old town. The breakfast they serve is indeed varied, with plenty of choice catering for different tastes. The staff is kind and attentive to the guests.

Cons: The room we had was very small and felt even smaller. My advice would be to avoid booking one of these rooms in the hotel.

Nice stay in the heart of Rhodes

Pros: Our apartment was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was nice. Good breakfast. Location was perfect- 5 min walk to a beach and about 15 min walk to major shopping area and old town.

Cons: The hotel itself is a bit dated. Our kitchen and bathroom was too dated, feel like in need of renovation

Pros: Although the room needs a bit of maintenance, the overall experience was excellent. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff is very helpful

Pros: Perfect location near beach, very profesional staff and kind. Breakfast very tasty, maybe mostly the same, but there is food for everyone. Rooms clean, they are cleaned every day, just like pool. Accomodation for every recommendation.

Cons: Everything is just fine.
