Pros: Great experience. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment is really nice and spacious, the terrace is lovely with great view. What we really appreciated is that the place was really quiet, nothing and no one was disturbing. The location is also really good, everything you need is nearby and it only takes around 10 min to get to the beach. In general, this was a great stay. Thank you, Dimitris and Marieta :)

Pros: We had a wonderful week at Marietta and Dimitris' exceptional home. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking panoramic view. The beautifully lush garden was the perfect setting for large family conversations, and the jacuzzi offered stunning views of the nearby shoreline just a stone's throw away. As evening falls, you can relax in the quiet, cool room of the fully equipped apartment and enjoy a restful night. During our stay, we lacked nothing and experienced a truly extraordinary hospitality from Marietta and Dimitris. We are forever grateful for this unforgettable experience.

Pros: We had wonderful 2 nights in this spacious premise with jacuzzi. Our hosts were wonderful and the stay in their house was very joyful. The place owe parking spot and is very easy reachable by car. Published photos shows exactly how it is when you get there. We highly recommend this apartment as a great value for that price.

Need relax in clean place, great view and privacy? This is the place in Faliraki!
Pros: Amazing place! Currently (July'24) it has one, two bedroom apartment, so there is a lot of privacy. The place was very clean, towels, bed linen, bathrobes were provided, there is also dishwasher and washing machine. Kitchen well equipped. 5 min to the market, 5 min to the excellent bakery with perfect cappuccino, ice cream and local products. Parking next to the house. 10 min by car to Anthony Quinn Bay. And the last but not least is the sea view! The house is located on the hill. Actually, you can just relax the whole day (and night!) in the jacuzzi or on the sunbed, listen to cicadas concert and enjoy the view. When too hot, you can cool off with a shower outside or turn on the garden mist. When you will be there, we recommend to see the sunrise over the Turkish hills. The hosts were very nice, we felt taken care of, we got tips about places to visit and we knew that if anything needed we can freely contact Maria. Sunny Villa is definitely on our 'revisit list' :)

Pros: מיקום טוב, מרחק הליכה של כ 10-15 דקות לים ולמרכז פאלירקי. יש גם בארים מסעדות ומאפיה ממש קרובים. שקט מאד, מיקום גבוה עם אויר טוב.
Cons: הניווט למקום היה מורכב, וויז לא דייק, ממליץ לשלוח מיקום על ידי בעל הדירה לבאים להתארח. כדאי להוסיף סט כלים למנגל, מברשת ניקוי, מלקחיים וכו'.

Superbe appartement
Pros: Superbe appartement avec une très belle terrasse et spa. Très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Malheureusement à cause des grèves nous y avons passé que 2 nuits au lieu de 4 quel dommage. Les propriétaires se sont complètement adapté à ce changement de jours et d'horaires. Nous les remercions encore pour Tous. Merci encore Aurélie, Julien et Élise

Прекрасне місце для релаксу
Pros: Прекрасне місце для сімейного відпочинку чи компанії на чотирьох людей. Холодне джакузі прекрасно допомагає адаптуватися до температури. Немає поруч сусідів, тихо вечором, гарна барбекю, поруч магазини, м'ясний магазин, ресторанчики. Дуже привітні господарі, відгуються на прохання, мені сподобалася комунікація. Через букінг відповідають протягом доби, але через WhatsApp досить швидко. Респект: у нас літак був вечором, дали нам тимчасовий номер для очікування, ми дуже задоволені.
Cons: Трошки далеко від моря, пішки 16-18 хвилин. В одній кімнаті хотілося би оновити ліжко, тумби і трюмо, бо кухня і решта кімнат все гарне. Але це не заважає відпочинку, тому ми не відчули дискомфорту.
