Very satisfied, expectations were met.
Pros: The location is excellent, especially for those who prefer to be away from noise and crowds, yet at the same time close enough to walk to the center. It takes about 15 minutes of easy walking to reach the center. There is plenty of parking space, so you won’t have any issues with parking. The apartment I stayed in had everything necessary (dishes, stove, refrigerator, kettle for water and coffee, clothes dryer). The terrace is also very spacious and comes with a seating set.
Cons: The bed, or rather the mattress, could be a bit more comfortable, but that depends on personal preference. Personally, I prefer softer mattresses, although I didn’t have any issues with back pain or anything like that.

Great view,
Pros: Location was good, beds with new comfy mattresses and pillows. Great sea view from spacious balcony. Demitri was friendly and welcoming and checkin was fuss free.
Cons: Shower hook couldn't be used has the shower head had been replaced and didn't fit. Apart from that everything else was great.

Pros: The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony. There’s a shop, a bakery, and a bus stop just around the corner, and the beach is only a 15-minute walk away. The beds are very comfortable, and the host is super friendly and easy to communicate with.
Cons: A few things could be improved: the shower cabin and toilet seat need replacement, the sink faucet lets water spill outside the sink, and it would be helpful to have a few hooks near the entrance for small items. Apart from that, everything was great.

Pros: Very uncomplicated, super clean and with a beautiful view over Faliraki with the sea on the horizon :) Communication is very, very good. Nice guy! A well cooled bottle of water was just the perfekt detail after a long trip to my destination :)

Pros: Location is pretty nice, you're close to Faliraki center, which is 10-15min of walking. The bus stations are nearby, you can take the bus to Rhodes or other beaches, you can also rent a car, the owner Dimitris who is a great guy can help you out with that, and he can also help you negotiate a better deal. If you take the studio, the view is amazing, you look at the sea itself and whole of Faliraki and nearby landscape. The rooms are pretty clean, the owner also changes and cleans up everything. I highly recommend renting a car and going to beaches like Tsampika(15-20min by car from the apartments), Lindos (40 min by car), Anthony Quinn bay(5-10min by car (bring a diving mask if you go here, it's worth it))

Pros: The landlord was absolutely amazing – he gave us plenty of great tips about local restaurants and beaches. The apartment had a beautiful sea view and was spotless. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. Make sure to visit the landlord in his pub – you’ll be surprised by his second job! All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. We also really appreciated the comfortable bed and the fast Wi-Fi. The balcony was perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to relax. Parking was convenient, and check-in was smooth and friendly.
