Colonial Studio/Apartment

Pros: I like everything about Colonial apartment and my kids loved it too. The place is close to everything: the beach, the shops and most especially very secured. Steven and his wife are very wonderful people infact, on our arrival we missed the address as my phone went dead, so Steve was called by someone that helped us and he came out to pick us with his car from where we were. What an incredible human being. I will recommend this place to all my friends and to everyone looking to have a lovely holiday at Rhodes in Greece. Thanks Colonial apartment for making my holiday a wonderful one!

A very special and inspiring atmosphere

Pros: This is our second time staying here, which means we were impressed with the studio on our first visit. It is so spacious and bright, with a gorgeous balcony, large mirrors and tastefully furnished, so it is easy to fall in love with it. The warm welcome and exceptionally friendly hosts deserve a special mention. Meeting them is like a breath of fresh air, they radiate immense positivity.

Cons: The accommodation is a bit dated and the selection of TV channels is limited, but this is absolutely irrelevant. The positive aspects are so overwhelming that these overshadow everything else.

Highly recommend!

Pros: I stayed at this hotel during the off-season and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was bright and spacious, with a large terrace that was perfect for relaxing. Everything was impeccably clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The host was incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Another big plus was the nearby store that was open even during the off-season, which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Apartments

Pros: Our stay at The Colonial Studio apartment was fantastic !! Steve the owner is such a friendly guy & nothing was to much trouble was always checking in with us all if everything was OK. It was a lovely surprise to have a fridge with some welcome bits to get our stay started. These apartments had everything you needed & it had a lovely pool & garden. Jack our son loved the Pool. Thank you again Steve for being such a great host we will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay

Pros: It is hard to put into words just how good the Colonial Apartments was. Without doubt an exceptional place to stay during your vacation. The room was spacious and clean and everything you need is available. Steve (The owner) is an absolutely lovely man and couldn’t do enough he always makes sure you’re okay. Wonderful place and will definitely return next year. 10 out 10 👌

Sympathetic host, enchanting atmosphere, perfect location. I got more than I expected.

Pros: The warm welcome and the gorgeous studio won my heart in the first minutes. What spaciousness, lightness, stylish interior design, all this creates the conditions for a wonderful accommodation experience. Everything is scrupulously clean, the beds are really comfortable, all the necessary equipment is available in the kitchen. I consider the luxury terrace to be the pearl of the studio, you could spend your entire vacation there without missing anything else. The elegant spiral staircase leading to the studio also impresses.

Pros: Al primo posto metterei la disponibilità cordialità e gentilezza di Steve e sua moglie. L'appartamento è stupendo, pulito,cucina attrezzata, bagno ,letto comodo , grande terrazza, vicino al supermercato e al mare. Cosa volere di più ?
