clean, modern and well equipped apartment perfect for a couple stay.
Pros: it was great! the flat had everything you might need, it was clean and comfortable. the terrace was spacious and comfortable as well. the air conditioner really helped during hot days, the flat was soundproof enough. there was free wine waiting for us in the fridge. the owner Maria was very friendly and helpful, let us check out whenever we were ready. also helped us get a taxi to the airport. there was a chicken farm next to the building, but it wasnt a problem at all, no smells or anything. just a very nice couple stay. the flat is close to both sea and the city. shops and taverns are everywhere nearby. there also was one cat (assuming it was half-domesticated) that came to visit us almost every night, he was very cuddly and reminded us of our own cat.
Cons: the cocks woke us up in the morning, but it was manageable by closing the windows for the night.

Great choice!
Pros: We genuinely enjoyed our stay at Voula. Our hosts were extremely welcoming, caring and cleaned the room regularly. They even provided us with some wonderful local wine with honey. You will enjoy the peace that this location offers along with close proximity to all important spots in Faliraki (center is 10 mins away). It also has a nice rural vibe as you will hear roosters from a nearby chicken farm here and there :) the apartment itself is very clean, modern and has everything you might need
Cons: The small chicken farm nearby wasn't a problem for us, as we got used to the roosters very quickly and had no difficulty sleeping despite their noises :) I'd suggest you to keep the AC on during the night, as it gets too hot to sleep otherwise, but these are all small things and Voula apartments are definitely a great choice if you're in Faliraki

Alles in allem ein tolles Apartment in Faliraki
Pros: Das Apartment hatte eine super Lage. Man hat alles Wichtige in der Nähe, aber ist dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Vermieterinnen waren total herzlich und hilfsbereit. Einmal habe ich gefragt , wo ich Feigen kaufen kann und sie haben mir extra welche auf das Zimmer gebracht! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Cons: Wie bereits andere angemerkt haben, sind Hühner in der Nähe. Mit Ohrstöpsel kann man aber ganz normal schlafen, von daher hat es nicht gestört :)

Pros: - pulizia, ogni tre giorni voula e la mamma ti cambiano asciugamani e lenzuola e ti puliscono la casa, cosa rarissima da trovare in un appartamento - arredamento della casa, si vede che è stata ristrutturata da poco ed è stata tenuta benissimo - posizione, vicinissima al centro e ai locali, ma fuori dal casino - personale, voula, la sorella e la mamma sono persone splendide

Exceptionnel à découvrir !
Pros: Appartement spacieux, très agréable, avec deux belles terrasses. La literie est très confortable. Zoula, Maria sa sœur et leur maman sont au petit soin. L’appartement est nettoyé et les draps/serviettes changés au moins 2 fois pendant un séjour d’une semaine. Le wifi fonctionne très bien et la climatisation aussi. L’appartement est situé à 600m de la plage, les commerces sont à 5 min à pied et très simple d’accès.

Gemütlich wie zu Hause
Pros: Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Woche. Das Haus war super sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage war top – Strand, Bars, Restaurants und die Bushaltestelle waren alle nur 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir hatten Ruhe, aber waren trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. Voula und ihre nette Familie waren so herzlich und hilfsbereit , dass wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben :)

היה מעולה! עלה על הציפיות!
Pros: קודם כל הדירה מקסימה, ממש כמו בתמונות. הדירה מעוצבת חדיש ויפה, יש בה כל מה שצריך, מקרר, מכונת כביסה ומטבח עם מה שצריך (רק מיקרוגל אין אבל יש תנור). הבעלים מתוקות ממש! דואגות לכל מה שצריך וכשביקשנו להאריך את השהות בגלל שהטיסה התבטלה הן הסכימה בשמחה ועשו לנו הנחה משמעותית. המיקום של הדירה מעולה, ממש כמה דקות הליכה מהים וממרכז העיירה (יש גם תחנת אוטובוס קרובה). אנחנו את כל התקשורת איתן דיברנו דרך גוגל תרגום והיה אחלה(:

Pros: Tutto ottimo. Le host super disponibili e carine, la casa funzionale e pulita con un bel terrazzo. Posizionata molto bene nel pieno di feliraki ma comunque tranquillo. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla spieggia e dalla famosa strada dei bar. Pulizia eccellente, passavano ogni due giorni a pulire e a cambiare le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Totalmente consigliata.
