Perfect, comfortable e full equipped

Pros: The property was completely exhaustive with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen was really well equipped as was the bathroom. The pillows were great and really comfortable. The location was closer to the centre of Faliraki. The owner was available and the apartment really clean. The food and beverages given upon our arrival were so appreciated.

Good experience for its value. The host is super nice and does her best to make you feel at home.

Pros: Perfect location. Noise - isolated. Affordable. Stamatia provided beach towels, cleaned the place every other day. She had offered drinks and snacks. Very lovely. + Clean sheets every day! Nice atmosphere and vibe.

Cons: Guys be aware that there are cockroaches in the area. They are pretty huge and some even fly. Unfortunately they are very sneaky and sometimes they manage to get inside (coming from the outside). Stamatia did her best to help us keep them away. Lots of mosquitos and cicadas in the area as well.

Nice, quiet apartment in Faliraki.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment. You can feel like home. The owner is very nice and helpful. Nice tarrace with a cat's family. Kitchen fully equipped. Few shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Amazing place in Faliraki, totally recommended!

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the Anthony Quinn Bay, a beautiful beach. The bed is very comfy, everything was clean, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need! It also has a balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun I can totally recommend the place to everybody! Stamatia, our Host, was very friendly and surprised us with some easter cookies, as we were there around the easter holiday!

Pros: Tutto. La titolare molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura molto pulita, e ben arredata. La cucina provista oltre che di pentole, bicchieri e stoviglie, c era anche un bollitoio, tostapane e friggitrice ad aria. Addirittura abbiamo trovato olio, sale, zucchero, caffe, miele, marmellata e bevande fresche in frigo. Il bagno raro da trovare in Grecia con doccia ampia e seduta all interno. Camera da letto perfetta, con aria condizionata gratis. Struttura a pochi metri sia dal centro che dal mare.

Cons: Nulla da dire o lamentarsi.

Pros: Ci siamo affidati alle recensioni precedenti, tutte assolutamente veritiere. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza da Stamatia, la proprietaria, che con il suo sorriso ci ha subito fatti sentire a casa. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, profumato e dotato di tutti i comfort: cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, forno, friggitrice, frigorifero e tutto il necessario per cucinare, mangiare e pulire. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche acqua, cioccolatini, patatine e tante piccole attenzioni che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo mantenuto i contatti con Stamatia, sempre disponibile e premurosa, così come i suoi figli, con i quali abbiamo stretto amicizia grazie alla nostra età simile. Grazie alla cordialità, sensibilità e simpatia della famiglia, il nostro soggiorno è stato ancora più bello di quanto potessimo immaginare. Lo consigliamo senza esitazioni!

Pros: Appartamento molto pulito , fornito di tutto il necessario per la cucina e il bagno . Compreso lavatrice, forno , ferro da stiro, bollitore ecc... Posizione molto silenziosa e allo stesso tempo a 5 minuti dal mare e dal centro paese con ristoranti e negozi. Infine da non dimenticare la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria !

Pros: Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Η φιλοξενία, η καθαριότητα, οι παροχές, η ηρεμία.. Πραγματικά μείναμε παραπάνω από ευχαριστημένοι τόσο με την κα Σταματία, όσο και με το δωμάτιο! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επιλέξει διακοπές στη Ρόδο..

Pros: Erittäin hyvä hinta-laatu -suhde. Todella hyvä sijainti. Asunnossa kaikki mitä parin viikon reissuun tarvitsee majoituspaikalta.
