A nice and cute place to stay

Pros: Clean room, good size for a couple. We stayed for 13 nights. Big balcony with a perfect view over the olive trees. Communication was more than correct. Friendly and hospitable hosts. We even got pears from their orchard as a kind gesture. We will return to this lovely place again for sure. Everything is as shown in the photos. The size of the bathroom and the size of the shower is ok if you are 175cm or less. For bigger people it is a little bit tricky, but manageable. I would recommend cleaning the limescale from the shower faucet so it can be more functional. Beds are a little bit on a hard side, as well as the pillows, depending on the preferance.

Cons: Sound isolation not so good if you are sensitive. Even though there are a lot of signs to remind people going through the hallways to stay quiet, nobody was respecting it.

Relaxing and lovely

Pros: Exceptional :) The people that are involved in managing Veras studio will leave such a positive feeling during your stay that will be with you even after you leave. Don't let the location scare you everything is easily reachable and there are amazing bakeries and supermarkets really close by. the breakfast is a good way to start your day , nothing luxurious but home vibes. there is room service every day and its so clean. Any help that you need or advice will be provided to you with a smile. Lovely stay cant wait to come back

Pros: The owners were really kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there in my next trip to Rhodes.

Quite place with

Pros: Location, quite place, biggest territory, clever owner, view on garden. But need automobile. It nesesery thing.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Comfortable beds, a balcony, always clean and has more space than expected. Definitely great value for price.

Cons: The only subpar thing in the entire apartment was the shower, it is basically impossible not to soak half of your bathroom while showering, but it has a drain on the floor as well as a cleaning lady so it is definitely manageable.

Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location, yet very close to Faliraki by foot and by car aswell.

Pros: Mrs Vera and she housband are very friendly and kind people ….Room was very good and location is 10 minutes to beach but very quiet what we liked ☺️ Everything was good ….

Cons: It was very hot we needed to pay for aircondition it wasnt in price …. But everything else was perfect ☺️

Super friendly owners and staff

Pros: The most striking feature here were the amazing people, very hospitable and helpful. Everything was very clean, the room was quite big and had a kitchenette. Good wi-fi, spacious parking, nice garden. Very good value for money. The option to pay for air con is like at the most hotels on the island in this price range, and it is better then higher price and no choice.

Cons: I knew there is no pool, but the September weather was so warm I actually missed it. It’s not a complaint, but like many places, the air conditioning was not included and was quite a bit extra for daily use, €7 per day. I did not expect I will need it in September, but I did. But I do understand that with their low prices they had to charge for it, the electricity is expensive now.

Overall a great stay

Pros: Very good value for money! Option to pay for air con like most hotels on the island. We decided not to do this and it wasn’t tooo bad, but we were in September. Owners are absolutely lovely, even offered and gave us a lift with our suitcases when we were leaving (thank goodness because our cases were heavy lol).

Cons: Only downside is the location being a little out of the way. The walk itself isn’t bad at all and is totally fine during the day. However being 2 girls it could be scary in the dark/late at night. To get to the hotel you walk down a back road which is quite low-key (there is probably a way around it though we just stuck to what we knew). on the second to last night we walked back to the hotel around 10:30-11pm and a man approached us with his *thing* out and didn’t leave us alone for a while. Nothing against the hotel itself, but just something to note if you are girls staying alone. We felt the area over all was safe until that happened. We are glad the man ended up leaving us alone but could’ve potentially turned to something worse if one of us were on our own.

Lovely people in what is, for us, the ideal location. Close enough to walk in and enjoy but far enough out for peace.

Pros: That it was in a quiet part of Faliraki but only a 10 minute stroll into the hubub. The owners were lovely people and happy to chat to us. It was clean and tidy and the choices for the continental breakfast were varied and plentiful.

Cons: It didn’t have a pool but we knew that before we booked so for us it wasn’t a deal breaker. Didn’t like is a bit strong. Would have been nice is better.
