In terms of price-quality ratio, this hotel is definitely a recommendation from us!

Pros: We found it difficult to choose an accommodation. This hotel was very cheap, so we decided to give it a chance. There were some black hairs in the room and a few ants, but we could overlook that. They had a spray for the ants, and they came to help right away. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything you need. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff really do everything for you. If you’re sensitive to noise from the road, the simple solution is to just bring earplugs — works perfectly! We’re happy we chose this hotel. You can park your rental car in front of or behind the hotel; there’s plenty of space. The breakfast is fine for the price you pay — it had everything we needed. In terms of price-quality ratio, this hotel is definitely a recommendation from us!

Cons: A couple of times there was no hot water in the morning.

Pros: very suitable for overnight stays. much better than many3 star category hotels in my opinion. furnishings visually as good as new. very close to the center of Faliraki. and bus station, and beaches, room size okay. Very extensive breakfast for this category, everything available including sausages, egg cake, toast, feta, watermelon, oat flakes, ...

Cons: the location on the main road not suitable for everyone, therefore in front rooms traffic noise ; and no swimming pool, if someone wants.

Pros: well placed, close to the busy centre of Faliraki and the beach. good transport links to airport and other towns in the island. staff very helpful and kind. we had breakfast included in the price.beds were comfortable. very good value for money for a family of 4. all rooms had a balcony to relax/smoke

Good value for the money, don’t expect nothing luxurious, but it was a pleasant stay.

Pros: We liked the central location, near a shop, bus stops, and a walking distance from several beaches. Our apartment was partly reconstructed, the cleaning lady was very nice and she did the basic chores every day. Don’t expect anything fancy, but worth the money.

Cons: The worst part of the stay was that the windows were fronting the main road and you could hear every person and car passing all day all night. So probably better sealed windows would help.

Pros: This hotel was everything and more we had hoped for. Location is amazing, you are close to the store and the bus stop and a walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Plus you can get to the airport very conviniently from the close by bus stop. Owner and the staff were very friendly and nice. We were on the second floor but our room had renovated bathroom which was amazing. You get nice shower, sink is located outside the bathroom and we prefered it that way. We had a double bed and it was very comfy. We got fresh towels everyday and our room was kept clean as well. You have an ac, fridge, hairdryer, balcony, vanity... pretty much all you need for an amazing vacation on a budget. Breakfast was large, you get a lot of amount from everything and it tastes good and the coffee surprisingly tasted very good too.

Cons: One of the outlets was kinda hazardous sticking form the wall and the door to the balcony was rough to open but cmon i think we got way more than we could have asked for. Two nights i got woken up by some men shouting in the hallway in the middle of the night, but thats about the people...

Pros: Close to restaurants, bars and everything you would need from a holiday. Very clean and Modern.

We enjoyed our time here, it was perfect for our first time here. We are looking forward to coming back again soon.

Pros: The room looked exactly like the picture, the location itself was perfect, very close to the grocery store, the main street with bars and a couple of good restaurants nearby, also the bus stop to the airport very close, the breakfast was great, there was something for everyone to eat. Our host was very friendly and so were the other staff. definitely coming back.

Cons: The only thing that slightly bothered us was that there was no door to close in the shower and you had to be careful how you showered so that the whole bathroom didn't get wet.

Great location, easy to reach beach, clubs and bus station.

One of my favourite family hotel ever

Pros: I've been a guest of the Hotel several times and I always enjoy staying here. They improved the facility by renovating the toilets, repainting the rooms, and the outside walls. The staff (both manager-owner and general staff) is friendly and eager to help. I always enjoy having a nice breakfast in the lovely backyard.

Cons: They could go a step further by replacing the air conditioner units: they work fine, but they're old and a bit too noisy. Improving the Wi-Fi by setting a few more extenders would also be beneficial. Additionally, the power sockets and switches are old and sometimes hang out of the walls, which looks a bit dangerous. The old lift has not been working for several years.
