Perfectly managed hotel

Pros: Very nice, comfortable apartment. Perfect beds. Nicely organized shower room. Perfect cleaning. All needed in the kitchen + coffee machine. Very nice people in the reception. Gym + board tennis at no charge.

Cons: 300 m way to the sea through the street - had to go round the hotel in front. No safe guards on the beach - their post was always empty.

Cons: I would add more peaces of glass, cups and spoons.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the room with beautiful sea view, the pool, the beach, the sea with beautiful sea world (even big turtle).

Good location in Faliraki, close to shops, the Waterpark and the beach; friendly staff, decent apartments and good value

Pros: The hotel is well located in Faliraki ,less than 10 minutes’ walk to the Waterpark, about 5–6 minutes by car to the town center, and there is a bus stop right in front. Around the hotel you’ll find small shops, cafés, and pharmacies. The apartment-hotel is decent and good value for money. The pool is a bit small for my taste, but overall fine. The staff is friendly. The beach is accessible, and although there are no free sunbeds, you can rent them from nearby hotels with bars and restaurants, so it’s convenient

Pros: We recently stayed at Epsilon Hotel Apartments with my family, and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Anthonia at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her professionalism and kindness made us feel at home right away. The apartments were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Another highlight was the beautiful beach nearby, perfect for family time and unwinding in a stunning setting. Overall, we had an excellent stay and created lovely memories together as a family. I would highly recommend Epsilon Hotel Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and family-friendly place to stay

Pros: Our stay in Epsilon hotel Was awesome! From the moment we walked, we felt like home. The lovely receptionist Antonia was very helpful and hospitable right up to the end☺️ Ammedes' services was amazing 👏 We would also like to thank the lovely cleaning ladies They were wonderful. Excellent staff service, we highly recommend Epsilon apartments

Great place to stay with kids, but a car is needed.

Pros: The pool was great and there was plenty of sunbeds. The mini market was so handy. It had everything. The rooms were spacious and the ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Everything was clean. The tourists that stayed here were quiet (no loud parties). The waterpark nearby was great for the kids.

Cons: The location was a bit distant from the restaurants and tarveras. We couldn’t find anywhere to get breakfast nearby. We had a car and would have to travel into Faliraki town or Rhodes old town for a feed. Our access cards would continually stop working and the air-conditioning broke down and they had to send a maintaince man to fix it, albeit he was pretty quick.

Pros: Epsilon hotel made our trip to Rhodes fantastic.The hotel amenities were great. Service was perfect and staff were so friendly and serviceable. It's a fantastic environment to relax and gym was good.Rooms is nice and spacious. I wish there get food service in a future.

Cons: The small shop is too expensive.

Almost everything was perfect, the best value for money in the area.

Pros: The apartment was much better than expected. Apartment, but hotel quality, daily cleaning, towel change. The kitchen is minimally but well equipped, Nespresso coffee maker. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the terrace is large. The air conditioning works perfectly, the rooms are soundproof, it filters the noise of the traffic coming from the street well. The staff is very nice and helpful. Private pool, gym, mini market next to the reception, close to the beach. Sunbeds on the beach are paid, but the bar attached provides full service. Right next to the hotel there is a car rental, bus stop to Rhodes town and Faliraki. There is a mini shopping center next to the apartment building, where you can find everything.

Cons: Another wall-mounted towel dryer in the bathroom would have been nice.

Pros: Good location, spacious rooms with the sea view, friendly staff
