Dias Studios & Suites

Pros: We stayed at the Milena Suite, a room with a private pool. The room was even better than we expected! It was always clean, with fresh towels, soap, and everything we needed. The pool was perfect! The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was also really good, with plenty of options. We arrived by car, but we noticed there’s a bus stop nearby with direct transport to the airport. The location was quiet, and we had a very pleasant stay. We will definitely come back!

Amazing stay – perfect location and truly wonderful hosts!

Pros: I had a fantastic experience staying at these family-owned apartments and suites. The location couldn’t be better — everything was close by, including shops, restaurants, and beach yet the area still felt peaceful and relaxing. What really made the stay special was the hospitality. The family who runs the place is incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional staff and great location

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally helpful and incredibly kind – they always went out of their way to fulfill every request and truly cared about the comfort of their guests. Their warm attitude made me feel very welcome from the very first moment. The location is fantastic, just a short walking distance from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea and beautiful surroundings every day. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, including plenty of fresh fruits, which I really appreciated. Everything was tasty and nicely presented. I can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service.

Very warm atmosphere in this family-run hotel

Pros: Comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Possibility to rent a car from the hotel. A good variety at breakfast and tasty food in general. Pool area clean and cozy. Hotel is located in a peaceful area, but it's still not far from Faliraki Bay and the beach. There is a private road that leads to the hotel and there are a lot of cute cats living alongside the road and near the hotel area. Hopefully there are people that take care of the cats. 🥺❤️

Cons: There wasn't a lot of space in the bathroom to take a shower, but that is something I have seen in many hotels so it didn't come as a surprise. Suggestion for impovement: It was nice that there were shampoo and shower gel in the hotel room, but it would maybe be a little more environmental friendly to put big soap dispensers and shampoo pump bottles there instead of many little plastic bottles.

Very well spend week in clean, comfortable and nice place

Pros: Personel was there to help us in whatever we needed, pool was clean, everydays cleaning of room was very nice to see. Overall we felt very comfortable and safe. Can recommend to everyone

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and large rooms. Big option for breakfast Beds very comfortable.

Cons: A little out of town €10 in a taxi each way.

Pros: We stayed in the Milena apartments at Dias studios and we had a great stay. Only a short 10 minute walk from restaurants, I would recommend staying here to anyone! The staff are very nice especially the lady who cleaned our apartment.

Pros: Amazing breakfast, plenty of options, pool was very clean and room was ample. The balcony was also lovely and the area was not noisy at night. It is in a secluded part of Faliraki so was very pleasant. The staff were also very welcoming, accomodating and helpful.
