Such a relaxing stay. Amazing property and host.

Pros: We stayed at Ixia Home for two weeks and everything was absolutely fabulous. The property was extremely comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing — we enjoyed the same level of comfort we have in our own home. Lia was a wonderful host — so kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. She provided lots of great tips about the local area and was always available if we needed anything. We would highly recommend Ixia Home to anyone visiting Rhodes and would love to return in the future. As a bonus, don’t miss Dream Cream, the ice cream shop next door also run by Lia — it offers a huge variety of delicious, homemade ice creams that are simply irresistible!

Pros: What can I say, the apartment is beautiful. It has everything you need and more, from little sewing kit to hair curlers. It really was like home from home. It is spotlessly clean, very spacious perfect for 3 adults. It is just like the pictures. The location of the apartment is right in the centre of restaurants and bars but far enough up a little side street not to hear a thing. Very quiet. Lia the host was amazing, very responsive before our trip and nothing was too much trouble whilst we were there, we couldn’t have asked for anything more from her, she is just wonderful and totally made our holiday. Her ice cream parlour next door does the most delicious ice cream, you have to try the Dream Cream parlour. Massive thank you to Lia for everything

Pros: My family and I had an 18 day night stay at Ixia home. We were greeted by Lia who was super friendly and had a welcome basket of fresh fruit, breakfast items, chocolates, wine and bottled water. The air conditioned bedrooms and lounge room were a huge relief when returning from sightseeing. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and more. Location is amazing with tavernas shops and the beach all walking distance. Despite all that the apartment is really quiet and has the convenience of a car park. Lia was easy to communicate with and very attentive. She even shouted us all ice cream from her shop. If we’re ever back in Rhodes we will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Our host was very helpful and very nice lady. She helped us with everything we needed. The place is very close to the beach and downstairs there is an icecream store that is very very good quality. The home is perfect for a family vacation.

Pros: It was very clean and spacious. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and public transport. Sea was close . Lia was so helpful and accommodating. No complaints, we had a great stay. Lia thank so much 🥰🎁🍷🥤🍨

Pros: Loved everything about this property ❤️ Beautifully decorated, home from home, in central Ixia. So many little treats left around the property too, just made it extra special! Fabulous location just off the sea front. The owner meets you personally and cannot do enough to help!

Pros: Lia is an absolutely wonderful host! She is so kind and helpful, and really enhanced our stay. The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect, central location. Located in a quiet side street near many amenities, it was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: I have never been to such a beautiful apartment to rent. The entire apartment had a luxurious feel. So many details and little things were added and available to use. It literally made our vacation. Nothing is better than coming \
