Absolutely brilliant, beautiful quiet location straight on the beach.

Pros: Email confirmation and then really easy process to obtain keys. The hosts were available if needed but no intrusion, which from my perspective is perfect service. The villa is really modern, comfortable beds, good showers etc absolutely everything you need. The outside is also lovely, great pool and lots of loungers. It’s in a quiet location so a car is helpful but only a 3 minute drive to lots of great restaurants and Gennadi village.

Cons: Nothing - it was excellent, I want to go back immediately!

Satisfaction, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Villa is nice, pool is amazing. Perfect sea view, comfortable ground floor terrace, WiFi was active.

Cons: There are beautiful banana trees and other plants around the house, but they need more care. Facilities combine new and older, but all are functional.

Schöne Villa mit großem Pool und toller Lage

Pros: Tolle Lage direkt am ruhigen Strand Großer Pool, der wöchentlich kontrolliert und gereinigt wird Einmal wöchentlich kommt jemand zum sauber machen vorbei Nachts ist der Garten und Pool schön beleuchtet Toller Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer in der ersten Etage auf das Meer

Cons: Der Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert und wurde während unseres 12 tägigen Aufenthaltes auch nicht repariert. Die beschriebene Tischtennisplatte gibt es nicht.

Pros: I loved the peaceful beachfront location, it felt like our own private paradise. The villa was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, with a great outdoor space perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals with a view. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the area around Gennadi offered the perfect balance of quiet and charm.

Cons: Honestly, there wasn’t anything I truly didn’t like. If anything, we just wish we could have stayed longer, it was that good!
