Filoxenia Villas

I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone and would defo stay here again.

Pros: The property was amazing and everything we were looking for. I was quiet, private, and clean. The owner, Andreas , went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect - we had a late check in and he met us at the property with warm pastries, sandwiches, a stocked fridge. He was always on call to help us explore the area and gave us some fantastic info and recommendations. The sunrise and sunsets from the roof top terrace was outstanding. The pool was a great size and all the facilities were outstanding.

Cons: Nothing, all was perfect.

Excellent hosts and villa!

Pros: Andreas met us at the villa with welcome drinks and a delicious homemade treat which was lovely. The welcome information Andreas gave us was really helpful for our stay. The villa was very clean and we really appreciated the mid week clean (10 day stay). The fridge was very well stocked on our arrival. We enjoyed Andreas visits to the villa to check in with us during our stay and the delicious treats he brought. When we had a question during our stay Olga was very helpful and quick to respond. We had an excellent time and everything about the stay was wonderful.

Cons: Very minor but internet was slow and not useable for 7 people. Mobile signal in the area was very good and able to use data.

Pros: We had a great time, Andreas is a fantastic host, and the villa looks even better than the pictures. Highly reccomended!

Pros: We rented both Filoxenia Villas for a big family holiday for 3 generations including young children. We had high hopes before we arrived - and they were far exceeded! They are 2 beautiful, wonderfully practical and perfectly equipped properties with lovely pools. And Olga and Andreas were perfect hosts - approachable, flexible and generous with helpful information. And the pastries they brought were lovely!

Pros: A villa that is an example of a holiday home, amazingly designed, clean and spacious and the hosts above all. We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect. A secluded and perfect beach within walking distance, a large and luxurious pool. we will be back..

Pros: Everything. It was clean, had all amenities needed for us as a family, pool inflatables, iron, cleaning products and even shower gels Immaculate on arrival and well maintained The hosts are the best part there is nothing they won’t do for you!!!

Pros: Everything was amazing. Olga and Andreas are the nicest hosts I have met in my travels. The villa has all the utilities you need (you don't miss anything). Andreas & Olga prepared a welcome surprise for us and during our stay as well (I'll leave it up to you to discover). Thanks a lot for everything!

Pros: Everything was fantastic and the villa is MARVELLOUS and AMAZING. Olga & Andreas are the best hosts I have never found in my travels. Precise, polite, warm, prompt to solve any issue, welcoming: they are very good persons and their villa has been a beautiful surprise for the relax, the swimming pool, the sunset and dawn at the rooftop... I will certainly come back!

Cons: Nothing can be changed, it is everything perfect, starting from the welcome from Andreas at the beginning of our holiday!

Pros: The villa is great, well equipped and very comfortable. Andrea, the owner of the house, is very helpful, he had provided us with a rich set of food and drinks, showed us everything, advised us the best restaurants and beaches. I recommend choose this villa to everyone.

Pros: The Villa is magnificent, a lot of outdoor spaces and the pool is huge. Everything is new and in great condition. Besides the great amenities Andreas' hospitality was awesome. Not only was the fridge full on arrival he also came by with local treats during our stay and had great tips for us what to visit, where to go out for dinner etc.
